Pros:

Is located in a very quiet place, the place is very clean, nice & the bed was very comfortable since I was very tired I really needed it

Cons:

When u shower the water will be all over it's better to bath rather than taking a shower.
No shower cap was provided.
I waited for eggs for more than 30 minutes 😩

Pros:

We were 7 people and had a very pleasant overnight stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable . The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with a smile.
The hotel offered a peaceful atmosphere, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay was available. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and enjoyable.

Cons:

A glass door is needed to close the shower area because the water is running off onto the floor of the bathroom.

Hidden gem of Springbok, a real oasis for the weary traveler.

Only shiny STAR was Rebecca Blignaut- Thank you for being a beautiful rose amongst the thorns….for being warm, kind x humane

Restaurant: breakfast served like elms to beggars 💔💔💔 very disappointed. Poor quality. Poor prep. In Afrikaans- gemaak en gelos! I was embarrassed as a guest— so many Telkom and Eskom staff were there on work commitments and experienced such a bashful presentation.
Kitchen management needs in service on professional etiquette, meal prep, kind interaction with guests at breakfast
Perhaps send them to Clarens Country Hotel 360—-to experience true country hospitality!!!!

The stay was okay but the room's must be checked before the time.

The disaster stay at Springbok Inn

The restaurant staff was amazing, and the meals were lovely.

Cons:

I was racially offended by the food and beverage manager with her very "pushy" view on why there was no hot water. She went so far as to ask a gentleman working for Eskom to remove his Eskom labelled jacked while on the premises. We have been to this hotel before and had an amazing stay. This time around it was a total disaster as there was no hot water to wash for the entirety of our stay. According to the food and beverage manager, the hotel had this problem for the past two weeks prior to our arrival. We had no call to inform us on the situation and every day we were promised that there will be hot water in the evening. This was an unethical answer as everyone working at the hotel knew that there was no hot water for 2 weeks already on our arrival. Explain your situation and give me an option to leave or stay, but don't lie to me. That is so offensive. We had to boil our own purchased water in a kettle to be able to wash in the basin in the room.
