Todo, el servicio tanto del restaurante como la recepción, la habitación muy cómoda y la ubicación del hotel frente a la estación principal es lo mejor

Krásný hotel v centru, blízko vlakového nádraží. V horkých dnech jsme ocenili perfektně fungující klimatizaci. Velmi dobrá snídaně v příjemném prostředí. V hotelu je výborná restaurace.

Calm, comfortable and convenient hotel right by Mainz station.
Pros:

The AC Hotel is an oasis of calm and order on the slightly dubious but conveniently-located station square. I slept incredibly well in a spacious, comfortable and serene bedroom. Despite looking out onto the station square it was well-insulated and there was little noise. Check-in and check-out both went off without a hitch and I am particularly grateful to Amin for his warm welcome and kind attention over our stay. Highly recommended!

Cons:

My only suggestion would be a coffee machine in the room. Otherwise, everything was spot on.

Für ein bis zwei Nächte O.K.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof.

Cons:

Wenn man länger als zwei Nächte bleibt braucht man definitiv mehr Platz für Kleidung und Koffer.
An der Sauberkeit kann noch gearbeitet werden, gerade im Sanitärbereich.

The best value accommodation of our holiday.
Pros:

Good location and a quiet room with effective air conditioning. The staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent breakfast.

Nice Spot
Pros:

Wonderful hotel right in the middle of the city. The staff were professional and accommodating. There was a restaurant where we enjoyed delicious cocktails, wine and food. Rooms were clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. I’d definitely return.

Cons:

The toilet was broken. Maintenance not immediately available. (Was informed the guy is on vacation for the week, and that they are a small hotel). Was offered to replace the room in the afternoon, came back but no one at the reception. Asked for the room to be cleaned two days after my arrival, finally I had only the towels replaced and garbage out. On check out the system of the hotel was down and the reception could not properly check me out and give me my bill. Of course the bill still not received till date. Asked by email for a late check out, but was denied one because the hotel is fully booked!

Odličan hotel i savršena usluga, veselim se ponovnom dolasku

Perfektan hotel, savrsena lokacija odmah preko puta zeljeznickog kolodvora, raznovrsan i odlican dorucak, odlicna klimatizacija u sobi, prostran i udoban krevet, odlični jastuci, prostrana kupaonica, visoka razina cistoce u sobi, sposobno i usluzno osoblje na recepciji, posebno gospodin Asmir i gospodin kojem ne znam nazalost ime ali radi na čišćenju soba.

Cons:

Potrebni su difuzori mirisa u hodnicima to je mala investicija koja ce puno znaciti za hotel i za njegove goste, također kao i jednokratne šlape za goste hotela
