Odličan hotel i savršena usluga, veselim se ponovnom dolasku

Perfektan hotel, savrsena lokacija odmah preko puta zeljeznickog kolodvora, raznovrsan i odlican dorucak, odlicna klimatizacija u sobi, prostran i udoban krevet, odlični jastuci, prostrana kupaonica, visoka razina cistoce u sobi, sposobno i usluzno osoblje na recepciji, posebno gospodin Asmir i gospodin kojem ne znam nazalost ime ali radi na čišćenju soba.

Cons:

Potrebni su difuzori mirisa u hodnicima to je mala investicija koja ce puno znaciti za hotel i za njegove goste, također kao i jednokratne šlape za goste hotela

Fine for a short stay
Pros:

We were in Mainz for a night and arriving and leaving by train so this hotel is perfectly located for that. It’s nice enough and our room was well furnished and comfortable. The hotel is a little dark and depressing as was our room. Very adequate breakfast in the Adam & Eve restaurant with helpful and friendly staff.

The area around the hotel and station is not the best and rather run down.

Excellent.
Pros:

From check-in to check-out, AC Hotel felt like home.

Much thanks go to Ms. Agnieszka and Mr. Asim, who welcomed and greeted us. Both made us feel special and feel at home. They were exceptional, when compared to Guest Relations from around the world.

Breakfast is one of my Top 5 from around the world. Elegant, very high quality and well looked-after. Thank you to Ms. Lucia and Ms. Otgoo for the excellent service, and to the Chef who continued to be hands-on and check on how things are.

Housekeeping were attentive to details, and accommodating.

Although AC Hotel is not nor pretends to be grand, the meticulous attention to details, cleanliness and world-class hospitality make it stand out as among the best.

Hotel close to the main railway station
Pros:

The hotel is located next to the main railway station Mainz Hbf. Thus it’s only 2min away.

It’s an old big building with a restaurant next to the main street.

The room was good, but the interior is a little bit oldfashioned.There is only one elevator available.

Housekeeping is good, the room was very clean.
The whole staff is very friendly.

I liked the location next to the railway station.

I was very happy with the hotel but would not stay again probably b/c of the location

Excellent location, wonderful staff. I would only stay at AC Mainz if I come back to Mainz.
Pros:

Excellent location, from my room I could see the train station . Most of the things to see is within a walking distance. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Very good quality tea bags, good brand coffee. Ice provided upon request. While leaving the hotel they made a small gesture making one feel special.

Pros:

Prachtig hotel met moderne kamers. Leuk balcon dat uitkijkt op het stationsplein. Prima ontbijt, spiegelei wafel of scrambled egg op bestelling. Vriendelijk personeel. Parkeergarage naast het hotel.
