Fijn gelegen hotel, nog geen 10 minuten lopen naar het strand. Met gratis fietsen van het hotel, nog korter. Naast een gezellig en voordelig eettentje Baby Monkeys. Supervriendelijk personeel met bediening aan het zwembad.

Только что вернулись с отпуска из этого потрясающего отеля. Путешествовали большой компанией 6 взрослых и 5 детей. Я заранее отправил копии паспортов поэтому нас заселили в час ночи моментально. Номер чистый мебель не убитая, полотенца и халаты незатасканные. Есть большие каменные банки с гелем для душа и шампунем, да и все ванные принадлежности, так что заря кучу всего везли с собой. С водой проблем нет всегда есть и горячая и холодная вода. Единственным недостатком супериора считаю отсутствие балкона для сушки вещей, но персонал моментально после запроса принес нам сушку для белья и поставил возле номера. Завтрак можно выбрать из 4 видов (Английский, континентальный, здоровое питание и балийский) как и его наполнение внутри самого завтрака, Нам для ребенка например меняли наполнение в здоровом завтраке. В общем завтрак разнообразный и питательный, даже за 12 дней не приелся. Море находится не далеко, 5-7 минут пешком, можно брать велосипеды, кстати во время нашего отпуска их все обновили, теперь все новенькие с удобными корзинками. Шезлонгов и лежаков на пляже не много, но такое ощущение, что особо из отеля ими никто не пользуется, только в один день были заполнены все. Сами лежаки приятные и если посмотреть на соседние то можно сделать вывод что у Аканы они самые престижные. Бассейн небольшой и практически постоянно находится в тени, нам показалось это плюсом, до 12 мы были на пляже, а дальше перемещались к бассейну что бы дети не сгорали под лучами дневного солнца. В отеле частенько бывает живая музыка, вся тихая и спокойная, так что не мешает другим отдыхающим. Рядом с отелем много хороших ресторанов и кафе (БэйбиМанки, Белла, Камбоджа и Сайгон). Самый большой плюс этого отеля это персонал, боже как же я вас всех полюбил, 5 детей семи лет и никто ни разу не сделал этим непоседам замечания, хотя было за что. Персонал всегда искренне улыбчив и заинтересован в помощи. Все наши хотелки исполнялись моментально. Большое спасибо за чудесный отдых.
Подушки каменные, но ближе к концу отпуска начал к ним привыкать.

I liked the smaller boutique style vibe. Price was good. Staff were lovely.
Restaurant staff were lovely but slow to bring out drinks at times. One night, we were the only couple there and we had to ask for our drinks after we'd been waiting 15 minutes - we only ordered Bintangs. Another time we pressed the button 3 times and gave up and got drinks from our mini bar. The bed was quite hard as were the pillows so I ended up making up a pillow with a cushion and towel as I couldn't sleep and had a sore neck from first night. Location is okay but surrounding footpaths are not great so walking anywhere required concentration.
The area at the beach with the sunbeds was nice and the food at the restaurant was really good. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was tasty.
