帰省で利用させていただきました。
Pros:

受け付けの係の方達が、皆、親切でした。
駅、バス停に極めて近く、移動に大変便利でした。

Cons:

連泊で掃除を希望しない日も、新しいタオルをドアノブに掛けて置いてくだされば、嬉しいです。
部屋が掃除されなくても、タオルが交換されれば、一気に清潔感が増します。

べつにこれでいいんでない。
Pros:

単に安いビジネスホテルを探しただけです。
喫煙部屋でよかったです。最近は全室禁煙🚭️が多いので。

Cons:

駐車場が狭くて少ない。立地の関係で無理かなあ。あまり車で来る人もいないのかも。

コスパはいいと思います
Pros:

JR二日市駅から徒歩５分もないくらい好立地でした
二日市駅は博多駅からも20分程度で、福岡市内のホテルが取れないときは代替として十分だと思います
ホテルに大浴場はないですが、近くに日帰り温泉もあり楽しめるところです

福岡市内のホテル料金の高騰のあおりで、少しお値段が高くなってました...
