Hotel was nice. Great location. Room was cold even with a very hot day. I thought I would get noise in the room with the outside traffic in the Riva but nothing. Slept like a baby. Would recommend.

Cons:

Parking was very difficult. Not the hotels fault but took about 30 mins to drive around the Riva to get to the parking garage. I asked the hotel the best place to park prior to arrival and didn't get a response.

Top location, on the promenade, very close to old town. Good breakfast from the menu. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The outdoor unit of the building's air conditioning system was right next to our window; I could hear it even with the window closed, and it was hard for me to sleep. The other 2 rooms were ok.

La localisation idéale : En pleine vieille ville et à deux pas de la gare, ce qui est très pratique avec la navette de bus pour l'aéroport (15 € l'aller-retour, valable toute la journée).
Le service de chambre impeccable : Nettoyage quotidien efficace entre 10h et 14h, avec renouvellement systématique des serviettes et du shampooing.
Le confort et les équipements : Une climatisation très performante permettant de maintenir la pièce à 18 °C, et une réception ouverte 24h/24 et 7j/7.
La restauration : Un petit-déjeuner avec un choix sélectif, mais de très bonne qualité.

Cons:

Le manque de clarté de la formule : Il n'est pas précisé de manière évidente que le petit-déjeuner se fait uniquement avec un menu à la carte et que l'on a droit à seulement deux boissons.
L'isolation phonique : Quelques nuisances sonores à déplorer (bruit couloir).

The dirtiest and smallest room. Absolutely horrible stench. Disgusting sheets. The front desk people are fine, but the female manager (or maybe she lied and said she was the manager - skinny with long brown hair, maybe called Betty or Betti) was extremely rude and disrespectful. She should be fired immediately. They also have yet to refund my money and double charged my card. They are thieves and will fraudulently keep your money. Stay away.
