Everything was amazing! The service was excellent, the rooms were beautiful, and the view was incredible. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options.
Even when we decided to leave, the staff kindly gave us fresh fruit to take with us. ❤️🙈

We had a wonderful stay at Qafqaz Tufandag Mountain Resort! The breathtaking mountain views, beautiful surroundings, and peaceful atmosphere made our visit truly special.

What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality. A very special thank you to Mehriban and Samir, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine kindness made a lasting impression on us.

My wife and I were visiting Azerbaijan for our honeymoon, and experiences like this made our trip even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team, especially Mehrabin and Samir, for such a warm welcome. We would love to return!

Luxus in den Bergen
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel und das ganze Personal hauptsächlich die Kellner und Kellnerinnen alle super nett und Hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer riesig und das Frühstücks Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Auch das Restaurant ist sehr gut und für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sehr Preisgünstig . Sehr gute Qualität.

Cons:

Das Management sollte darauf achten das gewisse Gäste nicht mit dem Schlafanzug zum Frühstück kommen, fand ich persönlich unmöglich.
Leider konnten wir unser Zimmer nicht heizen , weder mit der Klimaanlage noch mit der Heizung. Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer und auch im Bad ging die Heizung nicht. Bei Nachfragen an der Rezeption hieß es , die Heizung ginge. Das war nicht der Fall. Schade. Habe dann noch eine zweite Bettdecke bekommen, was ja sehr nett war.
