Pros:

My first time at Tufandag and wish I had come sooner. 4 of us stayed for 2 nights and we had an amazing time. Walked up to the two stone peak with our guide Ulvi, who was brilliant. Don't underestimate how hard the climb is or how amazing the views are.

Местоположение - место очень красивое.

Cons:

Это не 5* отель. Оптимально -3*. SPA условный: представляет собой одну сауну и турецкую парную (в которой слегка пахнет плесенью). Бассеина нет. За доп деньги можно снять джакузи. Все очень старое, требует реновации. Завтрак обычный. На мой взгляд, отель не стоит своих денег.

We had a great experience, the hotel is well located with stunning views, the rooms are clean and well equipped, the spa experience was amazing, the massage therapist was very professional.
There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel, we pretty much did not get bored 😊

Pros:

Отличный отель, очень красивый, современный при этом уютный!
Обслуживание выше всяких похвал! Давно не чувствовали себя столь желанными гостями, как тут! Были с двумя детьми, супругой и мамой. Все в восторге и мечтают вернуться!

Cons:

Bij het uitchecken werd mij gevraagd een review te schrijven en een 10 te geven. En of ik het direct wilde doen. Werd zelfs druk uitgeoefend. Dit is echt een hele grote no go voor mij > doe dit nooit meer!!!

Verder is persoonlijke aandacht fijn maar het moet niet opdringerig gaan voelen.

Verder wist men niet dat de kabelbaan gesloten was. Dus voor niets daar naartoe. Is toch wel iets wat personeel mag weten.

Keiharde muziek aan de bergzijde van het hotel vind ik niet echt bij de omgeving passen.

Het "meer" is een waterreservoir. Niet natuurlijk en dat maakt de omgeving toch iets minder natuurlijk.
