تجربة أكثر من رائعة في فندق Qafqaz، ومن أفضل الفنادق التي أقمت فيها.
المكان جميل جداً، الفندق مريح وراقي، والخدمة كانت ممتازة من جميع الموظفين، حيث كان الجميع متعاونين وودودين ويحرصون على راحة الضيوف.
وأخص بالشكر الموظفتين اللتين كانتا في استقبال المطعم أثناء وجبة الإفطار، وكذلك الموظف الذي كان يرتدي البدلة. للأسف لا أعرف أسماءهم، لكن تعاملهم كان في قمة الرقي والاحتراف، وكانوا رائعين جداً وتركوا لدي انطباعاً مميزاً عن الفندق.
شكراً لجميع فريق العمل على حسن الضيافة والخدمة الممتازة.
تقييمي للفندق ليس 10 من 10، بل 15 من 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
وأتمنى بالتأكيد العودة إليه مرة أخرى

Pros:

Amazing location, the best property ever, very neat and clean, really love the experience, specially the coaster and rest of the rides, also some of the staff are good but many of have language problem not everyone speak english so they dont answer properly. The best thing is very good options available for vegitarian.

Easily accessible activities and good breakfast.

Cons:

Its a nice hotel but didn't really feel like 5 star. Hotel staff were courteous but not very attentive and prompt (needed reminders for requests). Also room had tiny crumbs on the carpet where ants had come in from the balcony door. Found an earring stopper from previous occupier on the dressing table. Bathroom vanity also had multiple prominent water stains.

The hotel is just perfect for us. Thank you to Nigar for so much care about us. Room is amazing. View is perfect. Staff is so kind and friendly. We felt as very special guests at the hotel this time.
