Wasn't 5 star rather 4
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

Breakfast isn't a 5 star standard, staff wasn't welcoming, especially check-in staff and waiters. The room has big building pillars inside the room.. Though the check-in staff claimed , this is the best room offering us which wasn't true.

Outstanding
Pros:

Excellent location with a private lake surrounded by mountains. All the staff from the reception to the restaurant extremely humble and caring. Very comfortable good sized room with good outside views. Breakfast is full of options and the staff there kept on asking if anything we needed especially Sabina. Loved the property. Even the Cable car entry was from the Hotel itself, a very big advantage.
