Great stay with great staff working the front desk.
Pros:

Great hotel in the middle of town. They upgraded me to a bigger room which was great. Ismael was very helpful in arranging drivers for a tour in the area and transport to take me to the border. Always checking on me to see if everything was good. Ismael went beyond what he was supposed to do and it was really appreciated. A great asset to the hotel.
