Boa estadia.
Pros:

Ambientes limpos, equipe educada e prestativa, localização excelente (padaria, farmácias , bancos, mercados, restaurantes, bares, tudo a pé).

Cons:

Do mau cheiro do banheiro (cheiro de esgoto nos ralos e pia) e da tv mal instalada, impedindo a abertura total de uma porta do armário.
