Pros:

La posizione è ottimale, centralissima a due passi dalla piazza dell'orologio. Gli alloggi affacciano su un vicoletto abbastanza tranquillo dove non si sentono molti schiamazzi. Il bar facente parte della struttura è molto carino e serve un'ottima e abbondante colazione.

Cons:

La nostra stanza era molto piccola e caldissima, anche con l'utilizzo di un ventilatore non è stato facile addormentarsi. Avevo prenotato per 2 adulti ed 1 bambino, ma la stanza era talmente piccola che non si poteva aggiungere una culla, nonstante mi avessero assicurato che lo avrebbero fatto. Alla fine abbiamo dormito in 3 in un letto matrimoniale.

Very bad experience
Cons:

I stayed at this place for 3 nights and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
First of all, the room was on the first floor, just above the restaurant kitchen: during the whole stay there were strong and unpleasant cooking smells coming into the room. Also, it was quite noisy, so it was hard to rest and sleep well.
Another problem was that the room had no soap, and I had to ask for it several times before I finally received it.
The most serious problem was the water: on the second night I could not take a shower because there was a problem with the system and the water was completely cold. After a full day with 28 degrees heat, the only thing I wanted was to take a shower, but it was impossible. The problem was fixed only late the next morning, so I couldn’t even shower before going out. In fact, I stayed 2 out of 3 days without being able to wash.
I reported the issue immediately both by chat and in person, and they confirmed the problem. However, at check-out, they completely denied it, which I think is very unprofessional.
My vacation ended without being able to sleep properly because of the bad smells and without being able to take a shower: a really unacceptable situation.
Overall, the staff was not professional and the management was poor. I do not recommend this place.

Мне досталась маленькая комната. приходилось ходить в некоторых местах комнаты боком. вид с окна на другое здание с окнами.

En la habitación familiar, a parte d que es un tercer piso sin ascensor, a la hora d dormir es muy incómodo la luz que entra del exterior, que además se refleja demasiado en una d las camas, lo que hace muy incómodo dormir bien

La posizione è ottima.

Cons:

La pulizia praticamente zero. cinque notti e nessuno mai è entrato per fare pulizie. Le stanze molto piccole, dalle foto sembra molto di più.

Cons:

Caí na banheira da acomodação, durante o banho, inclusive com trauma no braço. Relatei o fato que decorrente do tombo agarrei a cortina do Box e ela quebrou. Não trocaram e no ckeck out cobraram 1000 coroas tchecas, 40€ euros e não quiseram nem ouvir a reclamação. Fica aqui registrado meu descontentamento com os responsáveis pela acomodação.
