Appartamento come da foto. Pulito e accogliente. Reception disponibile soprattutto Elia che da italo - ceco ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni utili per Praga. Posizione ottima. 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città

Pros:

Apartman je vrlo čist i jako dobro opremljen. Izvrsna usluga i vrlo ljubazno osoblje koje je uvijek na usluzi. Ugodno iznenađenje je mogućnost uzimanja kapsula kave s recepcije i čišćenje apartmana na zahtjev. Apartman se nalazi na 15 min hoda od svih glavnih znamenitosti, a i tramvajska stanica je na 2 minute hoda. U blizini su malene trgovine i pekare, a na 10 min hoda veliki trgovački centar. Izvrsna lokacija i divan apartman.

Cons:

Apartman nema klimu nego samo ventilator tako da je u ljetnim danima malo nezgodno.

Great location and value for money. The guy at reception is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Pillows were rock hard and the noise from outside is not great … basically one stays awake till the trams stop then wake up again when they start operating

Nádherné a čisté zařízení. Prostorné ubytování. V kuchyňce nic nechybělo. Skvělé bylo že si člověk mohl udělat kávu,která opravdu byla příjemná v odpoledních hodinách! Milá recepce. Skvělá lokalita!! Nejen že je tu zeleň a příroda tak i krásná část města. Kousek od hotelu i market a rychle občerstvení. Děti nadšení! Já moc spokojená! Budeme se velice rádi vracet!

Cons:

Rada bych ocenila pro děti stupínek k wc a dětské prkénko. Možná nějaký kobereček a k tomu pár hraček pro děti.

El apartamento era grande, muy cómodo. El personal de recepción sumamente atento, con fluído inglés. La ubicación nos encantó, en el barrio de Mala Strana, tranquilo y al mismo tiempo cerca de todo. Parada de tranvías a 1 cuadra y restaurantes a la vuelta.

Pros:

El alojamiento cumple perfectamente las expectativas y se ajusta a las fotos. El personal fue muy amable. Tuvimos algunos incidentes con la compañía aérea y nos ayudaron en todo momento, adaptándose a nuestras necesidades que fueron cambiantes en varias ocasiones debido a los problemas comentados. La ubicación es muy buena. La limpieza, los detalles como el café, el paraguas cuando lo necesitamos... todo ha sido de nuestro agrado.

Great location a little away from the main bustle of the city centre but close enough to walk. Also close to trams for the conference I was attending at the Charles University.

Cons:

Air conditioning. The rooms were very warm even though it was cool outside. We had to change the lock as it was causing issues.
