Bad customer services no wonder customer give bad rate!
Pros:

No other things but only short distance with subway.

Cons:

I don’t like it at all, the staff was very not helpful. No proper handover or guidance were given upon guests arrival. The staff were very arrogant and not friendly. Please make sure you improve your customer services regardless the customer are coming from local or international. People will have a bad perception of Busan people! Seoul is better.

i like the staff.. they are very nice and helpful.. location was also perfect.. very close to exit 13/15 of seomyeon station

Pros:

毎日でも清掃をお願いすればやって貰えるので良かった

La ubicación era muy buena. Cerca de las calles de seomyeon street, de estaciones de metro y autobús.

La habitacion muy amplia,

Goedkoop op een toplocatie.
Pros:

Fantastische locatie. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De badkamer was heel erg verouderd en het water liep moeizaam weg. Bijgevolg was de hele vloer steeds kletsnat.
De stroom viel ook meermaals uit op de kamer wanneer de airco vol aan het werken was.

西面駅から近い立地。
宿泊料が安い。
アメニティが充実してる。
ドライヤー+ヘアアイロンも設置されていた。

Cons:

部屋全体がタバコ臭すぎる。
バスルームが不衛生。
部屋の湿度高く絶妙に不快な感じ。
まったく神経質な人でなければ、本当に寝るだけなら問題ない。
私の最低限の基準はクリアしていなかったため、泊まりながら、次の渡韓時には必ず別のホテルにしようと思った。
できる限りホテルにいたくないからインドアな私でも外出しようと思える点は良かった。
