We enjoyed it
Pros:

Breakfast was good there just need to increase the vegetarian options on cooked foods.

Always such a delight!
Pros:

The Pivot Hotel is the obvious choice when visiting Monte Casino. It is very centrally located and close to the theatre complex with a golf cart shuttle service if you don't want to take the short walk. The staff is very professional and so friendly. They really make an effort in letting you feel welcome. The facilities are of good quality and always very clean. We have never been disappointed by the amazing breakfast buffet. It caters for all tastes and the food is always fresh and delicious.

Nothing. We love it there.

Our stay was exceptionally pleasant. An unusual feature is the GM was interacting with guests.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety. It was Mother's Day, and we invited our children. Our table for ten people was ready when we arrived. The cost for the additional people was affordable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this is a volume business with mass catering, so individual orders such as an omelette are not "a perfect omelette"
