Our 3rd time staying at this great hotel
Pros:

Beautifull,clean rooms within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is lovely!Staff were very friendly and helpfull. love the outdide patio area overlooking the lake filled with ducks and geese,very calming.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not strong enough. The blankets are so heavy that without strong air conditioning, it gets too hot in the bed. I was sweating and couldn't sleep.

Was perfect for a work trip.
Pros:

The staff at breakfast were phenomenal - customer service was 10/10 and they were friendly and kind. It was a breath of fresh air.

Cons:

I would recommend thicker duvet's and possibly a top sheet, for a 4 star hotel I felt the linen could of been of a higher quality.
