Back again
Pros:

Location, staff, rooms, beds, showers, bedding, and especially the staff who went above and beyond for us with guests visiting.

Cons:

The pool was closed due to some remedial works...but not told that when we booked. Pigeon poo on the outside pool.area decking as well as our balcony which we walked into our room. The staff were quick to solve. Prices were a bit steep even in foreign currency!?

Awesome rooms with great food close to Monte Casino
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel Cannot praise the well trained friendly staff enough! They were absolutely amazing! We had a delicious dinner and the best buffet breakfast. The rooms were great and within walking distance from the Casino. Cannot fault anything! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A usual stopover whilst in JHB, the hotel is excellent and staff every welcoming. Breakfasts are exceptional.
