Great location, comfiest bed and great service.
Pros:

The staff were so helpful. Obviously the location was brilliant. There was undercover parking. I had a lovely view over the pond and water feature. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were probably the best I have ever had in a hotel! The bar and dining room are super.

Cons:

There was building going on at the time. Although a lovely hotel, the carpets in the room were not so nice. The shower leaked out into the bathroom nad the adjoining toilet.

Pros:

The staff were amazing, they truly came to my rescue when I needed them the most. When my little one was having a fit in the middle of the night, they truly came through for me by providing a midnight snack (weetbex to make porridge). The gentleman and Lady who were working night shift are truly angels and the best employees.

Cons:

Everything was perfect

Thank you so much. This was my second stay with my daughters and as always was amazing.

What a lovely hotel. Unexpected gem in Johannesburg. The restaurant was very good and had a nice ambience. Breakfast buffet was superb

We enjoyed it
Pros:

Breakfast was good there just need to increase the vegetarian options on cooked foods.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the casino great.
