Pros:

长住体验很棒！客房服务专业热情。
有绝赞自助早餐，中西餐食全都有。
前台也很专业迅速，中英双语应对自如。

Cons:

洗衣房干净整洁，只是高峰时段可能需要排队，要留出余量。
部分洗衣设备有一些不太影响使用的小故障（比如烘干机计时异常），可能每年或者定期检修一次会比较好（如果放个记录本方便顾客记录故障情况可能检修起来更方便）

Pros:

The hotel is very nice and in a convenient location.

There is a convenience store on the ground floor and a McDonald's across the road. This made it easy to buy food and other items.

We used the swimming pool and the gym. Both were good and we enjoyed using them.

The laundry service was quite expensive compared with other hotels. We paid about £35 to wash a few items of clothing.

The staff were friendly and always tried to help. I only met one member of staff who spoke English, but everyone did their best to assist us.

Was very happy with the hotel.
Pros:

The manager Shuan went out of his way to help me with issues I had regarding my Alipay which was a big problem if wanting to travel in China.
Although every one could not speak English, they really tried to be accommodating and friendly.

Considering the price was one of the best we found, I’d say the hotel is definitely worth it.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, with a decent variety, and the pool was large and very comfortable. The room itself was also comfortable – a bit outdated, but clean, which is what matters most. The park nearby is a big plus, perfect for a morning run or an evening walk.

Cons:

The gym was quite basic, but still better than nothing. The location seems central at first, but in reality there’s not much around, so you often need to use a taxi or the metro (though having a metro station nearby is definitely a plus). Also, most of the staff don’t speak much English, which can make communication a bit tricky. Overall, the staff were very helpful and always tried to assist. There was one non-Chinese staff member who spoke excellent English and helped us with everything, which made a big difference.

Pros:

员工服务不错，要求的儿童拖鞋、牙刷都做到了。春节期间价格和品控做得比较好。位置离深大较近。特别停车免费，还是很大程度上的便利。
