Pros:

Der elektronische Check in war ok

Cons:

Wir kamen nach 14 Uhr an, niemand an der Rezeption, obwohl dort stand bis 15 Uhr besetzt. Wir kamen mit Fahrrädern und der Bike-Raum war verschlossen. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich die bei der Buchung angegeben hatte, aber ich habe auf 2 Telefonnummern bis 21 Uhr mehrfach angerufen und auch über booking versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen. Keine Reaktion. :-(

Alles Notwendige ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Hotel war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im zweiten Obergeschoss und im gesamten Hotel gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Gerade in den Sommermonaten ist das kaum auszuhalten. Selbst mit geöffnetem Fenster bekommt man keine angenehme Temperatur ins Zimmer, dazu kommt noch der starke Straßenlärm, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken ist.
Außerdem gibt es keinen Aufzug, wodurch man ständig die Treppen hoch- und runterlaufen muss mit Gepäck besonders unangenehm. Die Parkplatzsituation ist ebenfalls eine Katastrophe. Man muss ziemlich weit entfernt parken und selbst zum kurzen Be- und Entladen gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten.
Im Zimmer selbst fehlte sogar ein Spiegel, was für ein Hotel wirklich ungewöhnlich ist. Insgesamt wirkt alles sehr minimalistisch und auf das absolute Nötigste reduziert gerade genug, um irgendwie eine Schlafmöglichkeit zu haben.
Ich war schon in vielen günstigen Hotels, aber ein Hotel ohne Klimaanlage und mit so wenigen grundlegenden Ausstattungen habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Hier müsste dringend nachgebessert und modernisiert werden.

Der Aufenthalt in Karlovy Vary war rundum gelungen!!!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentrumsnah.

In der Innenstadt gut gelegen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen. Eine Doppelsteckdose war ohne Funktion.
Wieso lagen im Bad 4 Sicherheitsnadeln auf dem Boden? Bis zu unserer Abreise wurden sie nicht entfernt? Wurde der Boden nicht gereinigt?
