Nice pictures, but no 5 star hotel

De locatie tov Disney. Good beds.

Cons:

We hadden 2 kamers. 1 kamer met goede airco, 1 waarvan de airco niet goed werkte. Eerst kregen we een ventilator aangeboden, maar na weigering kregen we een andere kamer aangeboden. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes hebben geen airco. De wifi is waardeloos. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid maar het Westers gedeelde is onvoldoende, en niet kwalitatief. Ik beoordeel hier op het feit dat we over een 5 sterren hotel spreken. Dat is het niet. Overal vind je paravents die rommel verbergen, overal staan machines, troep die verborgen wordt. Dat doet af aan de ervaring.

Fijn hotel als uitvalbasis voor Disneyland
Pros:

Fijn hotel, met ruime kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Eén metrohalte van Disneyland. Metrohalte ligt op loopafstand. Ontbijt is heel fijn veel opties om uit te kiezen.

Qua afstand naar bekendere plekken zoals the Bund en Franse Wijk ben je met de metro al snel 45 min tot een uur onderweg

Séjour magique ✨
Pros:

Le service ( boissons fraîches à la disposition des clients ), la gentillesse, le personnel étaient très attentifs à nos besoins , nous avons pu communiquer en anglais sans soucis, à l'arrivée très tôt le matin nous avons pu nous reposer dans une chambre avant que la nôtre soit prête. C'est un hôtel idéal pour les familles il y a une atmosphère de Disney.Sejour magique.

Отличный номер. Приветливый персонал. Хороший трансфер в Диснейленд. Еда отличная и разнообразная.

Cons:

Вид из окна на промзону. Возможно, для семей со взрослыми детьми стоило убрать палатку из номера, чтобы было побольше места, а также поменять тапочки и халат на взрослый для ребенка 13 лет.

It was a lovely and pleasant stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations including customer service.
Pros:

I like the complimentary snacks and ginger tea upon arrival. It was convenient. I like that they assigned people for shuttle bus other than the main concierge for check-in and check-out. I love the decor, layout and interior of the room–intentional.

入住的一天房門口有一大包垃圾，要退房那天房門口又ㄧ大包垃圾。吹風機吹出來冷風，反應後拿了一支吹出來是熱風但是開關是壞掉的吹風機來給我。睡2晚都過敏，懷疑床單房間沒打掃乾淨

La posibilidad de disponer de Shuttles gratuitos a Disney, The Bund y Aeropuertos.

TODO, no volveré este hotel, fue la gran decepción del viaje, parecía moderno pero en pleno verano NO PONEN EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO POR AHORRAR ni en habitaciones ni en el resto del hotel. Nos quejamos tres veces y dijeron que ellos lo veían bien (24 grados siempre en la habitación). El mismo fallo con la atención, éramos 6 y TODOS los días tuvimos que reclamar dos toallas más. Resumiendo, si en un hotel 4/5* no has estado cómodo es que algo ha fallado.
