Beautiful grounds, Generous rooms but far from perfect.
Pros:

Overall the property was well maintained and the rooms were of a generous size. The gardens were spectacular and beautifully maintained. Staff were very accommodating and helpful despite the language barrier. The location in the French Concession was tremendous. I would recommend the hotel based on location and grounds alone.

Cons:

The room was a little outdated in design. The electric smart WC failed on one occasion making it a rather unpleasant till they fixed the problem. The hotel AC system mysteriously shut off one night and it was very warm in the room. The hotel made no effort to compensate us for the trouble. More needs to be done to look after their guests.

VERY child friendly, amazing staff and excellent choice for a hotel
Pros:

Loved the kid playground inside, the location for the Disney park was good and also had heaps of food choices within walking distance

Cons:

A few crumbs found when we moved a chair in the room but other than that nothing not to like

Convenient Stay close to Disney
Pros:

Free Shuttle to and from Disney + The Bund, Free complimentary Snacks and congee. Close to the airport. Seems family friendly. Bus is on time as scheduled. Clean, dated and convenient hotel close to Disney.

Cons:

Our room on Level 6 had a random step that was overlooking the roof, granting the bed was comfy. Lots of smokers outside the main foyer, no designated smoking area? Or was that the smoking area? Even through the lobby you'd smell the second hand smoke. Hope there was more lighting at night, after the last bus ride form Disney, the driver dropped us off on the street instead of the front of the foyer area, front was crowded with a couple of vendors and smokers.

Fantastisch verblijf voor zowel Disney als sightseeing. Zeker een aanbeveling waard!

De shuttle met de luchthaven, Disney en Yu Garden. Heel aardig en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Jammer dat je de shuttle een dag van tevoren moet boeken.

A great hotel especially for visiting Disneyland Shanghai
Pros:

Great location for Disneyland. They provide a shuttle bus to and from Disneyland Shanghai. Make sure you book in advance (2 days before departure). They also have a shuttle bus to downtown, make sure you ask the concierge for the schedule and booking. The room is a standard Novotel chain, which is always great, clean, and comfortable.

This hotel had the best ever water pressure of any shower in a hotel t b at I havecever stayed in. Excellent buffet breakfast in the morning plenty of options would never go hungary. Spacious room comfy beds . Friendly helpful staff everywhere in the hotel. Couple of soft drinks included for free in the mini bar fridge. Free shuttle to t GG e airport a bonus. Would c definitely stay again.
