A experience to not repeat
Pros:

The place is very well located right inside one of the most important streets in Lisbon. The decoration is different with different lights that give a different ambience from the usual hotels.

Cons:

To begin with, the check-in area is also where merchandise is sold, and at the time there was only one staff member handling everything. As a result, the process took a bit longer than expected. It wasn’t a major issue, but there was some waiting involved.
I also wasn’t entirely comfortable with the fact that my card details were stored in the booking system. I may have missed this during the reservation process, but I would have preferred this information to be requested at check-in rather than being communicated later via message, as it felt a bit unusual.
Regarding the room, it was nicely decorated and comfortable. Even though it was located next to the elevator, this did not cause any disturbance for us.
However, the main concern we had was an incident in the morning where someone—presumably staff—attempted to enter our room while we were still sleeping. There was no knocking; we only heard voices followed by the door handle being pushed. While this may have been an honest mistake or a mix-up with room numbers, it was quite unsettling.
Overall, while these issues were relatively minor individually, I don’t feel the experience matched the price paid. We have stayed in nearby hotels at a similar or even lower cost that offered a better overall experience and facilities.

Awesome Hotel!
Pros:

Located an easy 15 minute walk from the cruise terminal this is a great hotel. It is owned by Cristian Ronaldo in conjunction with the Pestana Group (which we realized when we walked in and saw his golden boot on display!). The staff were excellent to deal with - we arrived at 8:00AM as our cruise ship docked very early; they held our luggage while we explored the town. The rooms are nice, modern, and our room had a 15 foot ceiling. The beds are very comfortable. Buy the breakfast option as it is good and has a nice variety of food. You can walk to a lot of city monuments. I recommend this hotel.
