It is sensible and fair price for bringing a small dog. Compare to other places that are insane at best
We booked a room with small dog. I wad expecting that little bed and bowl will be ready, but if you ask at the desk they will bring it promptly

Staff was rude at the reception at check in and didnt respond to me after I said I already checked in online. Maybe train your staff to behave nice towards customers at first contact.

Handy location by the station, easy check-in, comfy room and a quiet sleep.
Weak shower, and you must bring your own pillow unless you enjoy resting your head on a slab of concrete.

Das Zimmer hat meine Erwartungen entsprochen, bis auf den muffigen Geruch. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich bemüht mir in meiner Notlage ( meine Kreditkarte hat nicht funktioniert) zu helfen. Das Management allerdings nicht
Am Tag meiner Ankunft wurde meine Kreditkarte aufgrund eine Betrugsversuchs gesperrt. Ich konnte das Zimmer daher bei der Ankunft nicht bezahlen. Alle Vorschläge diese Problem zu lösen wurden vom Management abgelehnt (Banküberweisung, Zahlung am nächsten Morgen mit Hinterlegung meines Reispasses, Bezahlung durch mitreisende die am Abend ankommen). Ohne die spontane Hilfe eines Freundes wäre ich somit auf der Straße gestanden.

The breakfast is excellent. A wide range of food on offer, very fresh, with staff replenishing foods all the time.
