Great location, good value for Cambridge.
Pros:

Great location, off the train and straight in the hotel. Drop your bags off and get into town. Lovely breakfast and good value for money for Cambridge. Nice bar & excellent pizzas that are good value for money.

Cons:

The beds were a little hard but that’s personal preference.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war total kalt, es gab keine Heizung, mir eine Klimaanlage, geht gar nicht!!!
Dann läuft eine sehr laute Lüftung die ganze Nacht, es ist super laut und erzeugt Zugluft, sowas geht nicht. Auf Nachfrage am nächsten Morgen hieß es, es hätte auch andere Zimmer gegeben…
Außerdem war der CheckIn super chaotisch, 2 Mitarbeiterinnen überfordert, lange Schlange, geht nicht voran, vorne hatte sich auch ein Gast beschwert über sein Zimmer.
Das Bad ein liebloses Fertigbauteil.

Great location and quiet atmosphere, but disappointing cleanliness and bathroom.
Pros:

The hotel has a great location and I really appreciated how quiet it was. I couldn’t hear any noise from outside or from the hallway. The reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The bathroom was noisy, impractical and uncomfortable... more like a small train or airplane cabin than a hotel bathroom. The toilet was constantly dripping and I could hear other guests flushing or showering very clearly. Every couple of hours there was also a loud noise coming from the bathroom (I think?) that repeatedly woke me up during the night. The room itself also needs a deep clean. The towels and bedding did not feel clean, the carpet was in awful condition(!) and there was even a large bird dropping on my window.

Great location friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff. I was able to do an early check in as member of the AllCCOR group. Plus £5 discount in the cafe bar for not asking to change towels after first night

Cons:

We were near the lift and sometimes we could hear the noise

It met my need to have somewhere convenient to stay and allowed me to catch an early morning train.
Pros:

Convenient, comfortable.

Cons:

Very noisy plumbing. The cooked breakfast was largely stone cold.

clean and functional
Pros:

the staff were helpful for our getting there early and looking after our bags. Location excellent for the station and "mill Road" area of Cambridge, as well as not too far from the city centre if you like a walk.

Cons:

the bathroom door is noisy to close so can be a pain in the middle of the night.
