המלון ישן, אך נקי מאוד.
אנשי הקבלה היו אדיבים מאוד ונתנו שירות מצוין.

מעבר לקבלה, אין יותר מדי שירות במלון.
המזגן הפסיק לעבוד, המתנו שמישהו יגיע לבדוק את התקלה – אך אף אחד לא הגיע.
הזמנו חדר עם מרפסת, אך היא מקורה ברשת הצללה שגורמת לכך שחם שם מאוד, מה שהופך אותה לכמעט בלתי שמישה לישיבה.
המראות בחדר היו בצבע אפור (לא ברורות), נאלצנו לבקש מראת גוף רגילה.

Always a lovely place to stay when in Thessaloniki
Pros:

I have a soft spot for this hotel. Every time I stay there I have a lively time despite the rooms being rather basic in their facilities. But the vibe and the great café/breakfast place more than compensate, while staff are very friendly and the location just great.

All in all, most satisfactory.
Pros:

Good-sized room and bathroom/shower room. The hotel was very clean. The location was excellent for us and in walking distance of most places we visited in the city. The reception and restaurant staff were kind and helpful.
When a trip fell through, the receptionist suggested a good alternative. There was a good buffet breakfast and alternative food was available. The hotel. was very clean. Although there wasn't a lounge, we could sit in the bar and outside garden without being expected to order anything.

Cons:

We were on the 5th floor, which was a bit hard to walk up when the elevator was blocked for a while one evening as we were going out.
