Pros:

Amazing staff - so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of Casco Viejo so we walked to everything. The building is beautiful inside and out.

Cons:

Our room on the 4th floor was clean and spacious, but the tops of the windows were about 4 feet off the floor limiting any view. Charms of a renovated older building? We still loved everything else about our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Deberian tener un mapita de ubicacion del Hotel con los lugares de interes para los no muy tecnicos poder orientarnos y llegar caminando a las Iglesias, Plazas, algunos Restaurantes, etc.

Excelente opção para se hospedar no Casco Viejo.
Pros:

Ambiente muito aconchegante, localização central no casco viejo e um excelente café da manha.

Cons:

Travesseiros eram bem altos e não havia opção de outro tipo de travesseiro. Tentamos na recepção, mas não tinha outro mais fino.

Hotel muito bom, bem no centro de Casco Viejo
Pros:

Gostamos do ambiente do hotel. Sempre tinha música ao vivo o dia todo na recepção inclusive no café da manhã! Ar condicionado ótimo, hoel super bem localizado com funsionários prestativos. Me hospedaria lá de novo com certeza! Alías o café da manhã era de altíssimo nível! O quarto era limpo e tinha espaço para tido, frigobar, cofre, etc.

Cons:

Não gostei da iluminação do banheiro. Apesar de ter 2 lâmpadas, não iluminada o espelho, ficou difícil para me maquiar mesmo usando o espelho de aumento.

Pros:

La ubicación del Hotel es inmejorable!! La habitación daba a la calle y resultó un poco ruidosa, pero tener vista a la plaza y a la Catedral fue muy bonito. El desayuno es excelente y las instalaciones del hall central muy amplias, cómodas y hermosas. Volvería a elegir este hotel indudablemente!

Música ao vivo sempre a tocar no átrio do hotel, o que para quem estava no 1º andar, como eu, incomodava
Pequeno-almoço com pouca variedade
Ter de pagar um café-expresso ao pequeno-almoço como extra
Tours sugeridos caros e longos (disse que só queria 2h, mas fui obrigado a pagar 4h) e no final andámos só 2,5h. Guia dava pouca informação sobre os locais.
