Medio pelo.
Pros:

El alojamiento en general bien, muy buena ubicación, yo estaba en el 4 piso, en el lobby había una fiesta y se escuchaba la música muy alta!! Duró hasta las 5 de la mañana.

Cons:

Mucho ruido, había fiesta en el hotel y se escuchaba la música muy alto hasta las 5 de la mañana.
Le consultamos en recepción un buen lugar para desayunar y nos enviarían a un lugar muy oscuro si bien era bueno, no era para desayunar era más bien para la noche por cómo estaba ambientado.

Muy por debajo de las expectativas

La ubicación es buena y el edificio es bonito

Cons:

No avisan de que las habitaciones son interiores. Cogimosnla premium y las ventanas daban al patio interior en el que está el restaurante y había música en directo hasta las 23:00. Llamamos para comentarlo y ver si nos podían cambiar de habitación pero ni siquiera nos devolvieron la llamada.

Además, mientras entrenábamos en el gimnasio a las 17:30, un empleado vino a pedirnos que corriéramos más lento en la cinta de correr para no molestar a otros huéspedes. Sorprendente dada la hora y el hecho de que hay música en directo que afecta directamente a las habitaciones del hotel hasta las 23:00.

En definitiva, caro para la calidad del alojamiento y la variedad de opciones que hay en Ciudad de Panamá.

Mooi hotel met een erg mooie ligging in Casco Viejo

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt was ook prima.

Cons:

Personeel aan de bar kunnen wat service gerichter zijn, zijn een beetje verlegen en weten niet goed hoe je te woord te staan lijkt het wel.
De kamer aan de binnenkant van het hotel zijn erg gehorig, alles wat er gebeurt in de lobby van het hotel kun je horen, en dat begint sochtends om 6 uur al. Er is altijd wel rumoer te horen.
