Beste Lage, aber in die Jahre gekommen und zu teuer dafür

Top Lage, schönes Design-Konzept, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Personal war teilweise sehr freundlich (Rezeption) und teilweise extrem unfreundlich (Frühstücksbuffet)

Personal war teilweise sehr freundlich (Rezeption) und teilweise extrem unfreundlich (Frühstücksbuffet), die Ausstattung ist generell extrem in die Jahre gekommen und eines Hotels dieser Klasse und der Reputation nicht würdig. Am schlimmsten sind die billigen Plastikliegen am Pool. Viel zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Weiterhin hinterlassen die Klimaanlagen Pfützen auf dem Paket vorm Fahrstuhl, sodass man sehr leicht ausrutscht, was ich als gefährlich betrachte.

Lindo hotel! Super recomendo!
Pros:

Adorei o hotel. Tem linda arquitetura e é muito bem localizado. O quarto é muito confortável e o café da manhã também é ótimo. Um nota também sobre o staff: bem atencioso. Super recomendo!

Me alojé en este hotel en Ciudad de Panamá y quedé satisfecho con la experiencia. La ubicación es excelente, en un barrio muy seguro y agradable para pasear. Las habitaciones son amplias, con un buen tamaño, y la limpieza fue excelente. Además, disfruté mucho del desayuno, que tenía una gran variedad y calidad. En general, fue una buena elección para mi estancia en la ciudad.

Cons:

Aunque en general el hotel tuvo aspectos positivos, hubo algunas cosas que no me convencieron. Si bien el personal en su mayoría fue amable, tuve una mala experiencia con un miembro específico. Además, el sector es un poco ruidoso los fines de semana y las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas, lo que hizo difícil descansar en estos días. Por otro lado, la piscina fue una gran decepción: es muy pequeña y, para un hotel de este tipo, esperaba algo más amplio. También sentí que la iluminación de la habitación no fue suficiente, el internet es mejorable y la ducha salpicaba hacia fuera. En resumen, hay aspectos que podrían mejorar para ofrecer una experiencia más completa.

the history, charm, staff, breakfast, and location are hard to beat. Overall, a great stay.
Pros:

Great historic hotel in an unbeatable location. The property was clean, breakfast was excellent, and the staff was great throughout our stay.

The rooms are a little outdated and could use some updates. Our shower door didn’t seal well, and the TV wasn’t smart, so streaming or watching regular TV was a bit difficult. The pool is also small, so one or two families can pretty much take it over.

That said, the history, charm, staff, breakfast, and location are hard to beat. Overall, a great stay.

Not worth the price as poor service except from young porter
Pros:

- young man that helped us with the luggage, very friendly, efficient and kind when we arrived and in the afternoon on second day (as luggage was in storage).

Hotel impersonal e inhumano
Pros:

En el centro del viejo Panamá con sus cosas buenas y malas. Recordad que el último domingo organizan un festival en todo el centro y es muy difícil conseguir Uber o taxi. Cama cómoda

Cons:

Llegué al hotel a las 13:45 encontrándome enfermo. Le dije a la mujer que me hizo el checkin que estaba enfermo por si podía darme la habitación una hora y 15 minutos antes (el checkin es a las 15:00), su respuesta fue que no. Le pedí que si antes de dejar las maletas podía coger las pastillas al menos y gracias a Dios eso si lo acepto la mujer. Me marché completamente enfermo a una cafetería cercana a descansar y que se me pasara la fiebre con la medicación. Volví a las 16:00 y encima me dice que me buscó para decirme que la habitación estaba libre y podía usarla que fue hasta la piscina (lo más lógico es ir con fiebre y enfermo a tomar un baño al sol), hubiera tenido tiempo en decírmelo mientras trataba de encontrar la medicación en mi maleta y me tome las pastillas en el hall. Creo que es de mal gusto decirme eso después del gesto feísimo. Seguramente su política de dar la habitación a partir de las 15h es totalmente coherente pero creo que muchas veces la humanidad esta por encima de las reglas y en este hotel hay muy poca humanidad. En cualquier hotel de poca categoría te dan la habitación tan solo una hora antes y más si estás claramente enfermo.
El señor botones es muy amable y te indica todo, por desgracia el personal de recepción tienen aprendido su papel de desagradables y lo hacen muy bien.
No recomiendo este hotel por este trato poco humano y aconsejo cualquier otro hotel del casco viejo, que hay hoteles muy buenos y obviamente con un trato mejor.
No quiero unas disculpas porque con las disculpas todo parece lícito y tampoco un en su próxima visita porque obviamente nunca más me hospedaré en su hotel, simplemente quiero que sepan el tipo de personal que tienen que hacen su trabajo siguiendo las reglas correctamente aunque eso signifique ser inhumano.
