Traditionsreiches, aber modernes Hotel mit superfreundlicgem Personal und Pool auf dem Dach
Pros:

Grosszügige Räume, feines Essen, super freundliches Personal, offenbar grosse Preisabschläge und der Flughafentransfer wurde auch noch offeriert. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist witzig mit schöner Aussicht und gutem Restaurant. Offenbar kommen viele Junge Damen hierher um sich hier in den schönsten Kleidern fotgrafieren zu lassen. Super Lage in Casco Viejo.

Cons:

Der Pool war regelmässig stark besucht und das Personal war so auf Abräumen konzentriert, dass man den Eindruck erhielt, dass einem die Teller weggenommen werden, bevor man fertig ist mit essen. Und die vielen Bauruinen in Casco Viejo sind erwas erklärungsbedürftig…

Pros:

Location! Perfect to walk from, great breakfast was included, evening live music was superb.
Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit outdated, but fair due to age. Noticed a few bugs in the room, crumbs in the shower and on the counter as if the room wasn't properly cleaned when I checked in.

Disappointing
Pros:

Great location, nice rooms.

Cons:

Be aware that the hotel hosts loud parties in the lobby every night until around 2 a.m. Since the lobby is in the center of the hotel, the noise carries into the rooms, making it very difficult to sleep.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Casco. Room was lovely and clean bed was great. Very lively music everywhere food and breakfast really good. View from the pool is the best in Casco.

Cons:

A lot of the rooms overlook the bar. This was fine but after midnight there were very drunk.guests still being served in the bar. They were shouting and being anti social.I rang down at 0130 to ask if they could do something about the drunk guests but the noise kept on until 2.45 so a really bad night's sleep. I reported this to the hotel the next morning.

Cómoda
Pros:

Muy buena la ubicación del hotel, permite desplazarse por el casco antiguo con facilidad. El desayuno delicioso y la habitación cómoda y amplia.

Cons:

El aspecto negativo, es que el hotel alquila en el lobby un salón de eventos. Por lo cual todo el ruido que se siente y escucha en la habitación. Recomiendo una habitación en pisos superiores (pisos 2 y 3), para evitar la molestia del ruido en el salón de eventos.

Cons:

We had the worst waiter who tried to charge my family meal twice and yelled across the restaurant for his boss causing a commotion. Whoever hired this guy (an overweight, obnoxious, schmuck) should be fired for lack of hospitality.

Nice stay but we have been frauded !
Pros:

Right in the middle of the old City. Nice walk around and lots of bars and resturant close to the Hotel. Good breakfast a lot of choice. I suggest to go but .... be careful of what the Concierge suggest. They are not honest !

Cons:

Be careful at Concierge. The are apparently all nice but do not trust in case you would like to make a day trip to Islands. We payed 920 usd ofr four people, taxi included to the Ferry departure. Once we got to Sonny Island discovered that price for Ferry, lunch and stay at the island is 540 usd. We claimed back to the Hotel to Mr Alfredo and in writing to Mrs Angelica Cusatti but without reply. We beleive we should have back at least 250 usd. Keep an eye !
