Pros:

Wir haben eine Nacht in Wiesbaden verbracht. Dafür haben wir uns dieses Hotel gebucht. Vorweg die Lage ist sehr gut, man erreicht die Innenstadt prima zu Fuß. Dafür ist das Hotel ziemlich versteckt. Wir sind mehrmals im Kreis gefahren bis wir die richtige Einfahrt erwischt haben (neben dem Aldi). Das Zimmer ist Dauber und das Personal zuvorkommend. Es steht eine Gemeinschaftsküche und eine Dachterrasse zur Vefügung. Beides ist schön eingerichtet. Cornflakes und Milch stehen gratis zur Verfügung was wirklich cool ist. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das fehlende Shampoo 😅

The location is really good, almost next to city center. The room was clean.

Cons:

Before I booked the room, I paid an extra €20 for air conditioning. However, the room only had a ventilation system, not actual air conditioning. When I asked about it, they told me that this is considered air conditioning in Germany. 🤦🏼‍♀️ They did provide me with a fan after I spoke to them about it, which was helpful.

Es ist eine sehr schöne ansprechende Hoteletage mit sehr sauberen Zimmern. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, das Bad hatte eine große Dusche. Eine wunderschöne Aussichtsterrasse auf der man sich gemütlich aufhalten konnte und eine große Gemeinschaftsrecht mit Kaffee und Müsli und Kühlschränke. Sehr zentral gelegen

Am Tag meiner Anreise bekam ich eine Nachricht, dass mein Zimmer ab 13:00 Uhr zur Verfügung steht.
Als ich um 13.00 Uhr vor der Hoteltür stand, zusammen mit drei anderen Gästen, öffnete niemand. Es waren 38°C und Schatten Mangelware...
Bei der auf Booking.com hinterlegten Telefonnummer meldete sich nur eine Ansage, die auf eine Notfall Telefonnummer verwies.
Bei der Notfall Telefonnummer wurde man gebeten, später noch einmal anzurufen!?!?!

Einer meiner Leidensgenossen rief daraufhin bei Booking.com an. Booking.com kontaktierte das Hotel, woraufhin wir einen Pin Code zum Öffnen der Tür bekamen.
Damit waren wir dann drin und fuhren in den 5. Stock zur Rezeption.
Inzwischen war es 13.30 Uhr.

Oben öffnete uns das Housekeeping und war sehr erstaunt, dass wir alle keinen Pin Code vom Hotel bekommen haben.
Und sie eröffnete uns, dass wir bis 14.00 Uhr warten müssten, bis die Rezeption besetzt sei.
Sie war sehr freundlich und sichtlich bemüht, unseren Unwillen zu zerstreuen, der 30 Minuten bei 38°C vor sich hin gekocht hatte.
Wir durften uns dann in die heiße, sonnendurchflutete Gemeinschaftsküche setzen und warten.

Als ich dann endlich um 14.00 Uhr auf dem Zimmer war, stellte sich heraus, dass die Klimaanlage des Hotels so unterdimensioniert ist, dass sie die Temperatur nur auf 29°C herunter bringt. Die Rezeptionistin eilte davon, um mir einen Ventilator zu bringen.

Alles in allem machte das alles einen sehr chaotischen Eindruck, den das Personal vor Ort glattzubügeln versuchte so gut es ging.

Schade eigentlich, denn die Lage ist top, die Zimmer ruhig, die Terrasse großartig mit schönem Blick auf Wiesbaden, der Preis sehr fair und die Bereitstellung von Frühstück in Form von Müsli, Haferflocken, Milch und Pflanzenmilch in Selbstbedienung eine sehr nette Geste.

Trotzdem werde ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Wiesbaden ein anderes Hotel buchen.

I’m actually glad I didn’t stay at this hotel. I was looking forward to trying it because I visit Wiesbaden regularly—at least once every two months, often once a month. However, the way the staff handled my request completely changed my impression. I asked either to reschedule my reservation or to cancel it free of charge, and both requests were refused. They also insisted that I cancel the booking myself before 6:00 PM, even though it made no practical difference for me. After this experience, I’m relieved I never stayed there.

Как бы не так уж и плохо но есть моменты

Понравилось что ключ от дверей можно было оставить в ящике что не нужно тратить на это много времени

Cons:

Нет кондиционера
Открывалось только одно окно а второе вообще ручки сняты
Не было геля для душа и шампуни тоже не было
