Clean, tidy, pleasant, if a little basic - recommended.
Pros:

Room was well decorated and very clean.

Cons:

No air-conditioning. Public areas are a little dated - but very clean and tidy. Staff were excellent.

Spotlessly clean, good size bathroom, comfy beds.

No smart TV (old style Freeview).
Carpet lifted in room.
Oily fried eggs on plate for breakfast (could have been drained more).

One word: Amazing.
Pros:

Fantastic service and very comfortable room! Travelled for work so I'm always looking for somewhere close to my work site that's comfy and has good service.

A paradise in London! It is even better than in photos. The fox family in the garden and the free soup was a nice surprise :)

Because of the extreme heat in london, i had to keep the window open, making it very noise. Apart from that excellent value for money, good location, clean, nice, welcoming.

Pros:

Super Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, mehrere U-Bahn- und Busstationen in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber funktional. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Cons:

Frühstück könnte eine halbe Stunde länger - bis 9:30 h - angeboten werden

For the price/location - all was great. Would stay again
Pros:

Rooms were quiet (some noise from outside - but most blocked out)
Bed was comfy
Room was very clean
Location was great for the price
Breakfast was great

Cons:

Mostly minor things overall however:
- main towels were pretty small
- TV was in an awkward place to watch and had a problem (the main tv cable looked to have an issue as no live tv could be watched - didn't really matter to us as it was a smart tv so watched BBC I player/Netflix)
- One over bed light didn't work
- Not enough plugs. With tv plugged in (and fan as it was hot) - there were no other plugs available to charge devices (especially phones) and available plugs were all hidden behind the tv
