Pros:

El staff competente y amable.

Cons:

La habitación era para 2 pasajeros y sin embargo era diminuta, no tenía los 11 m2 que decía el anuncio. O al menos la distribución era pésima.
Cama apoyada sobre la pared, el espacio que quedaba para caminar era de una persona, dos personas juntas no entraban.
El baño, sumamente pequeño parecía frágil, si te apoyabas en la bañera, parecía que se despegaba.
En general en Japón los baños son chicos, pero éste se destacaba por lo pequeño y sin las barras tradicionales para apoyarse por seguridad.
Para la ropa, había una barra corta con sólo 4 perchas.
Y si te sentabas en la silla del escritorio, no se podía abrir la heladera.

Una decepción.

まあまあでした。
Pros:

比較的にお値打ちで泊まれました。

Cons:

エアコンのドライ機能が使えなかった。部屋が臭った。排水溝が汚れていた。エアコンを付けたら変なにおいがした。

Pros:

Très proche de la gare ochanomizu et de plusieurs stations de métro. L'hôtel est calme, tout est propre et le personnel accueillant.

Cons:

Le seul défaut est la taille de la chambre un peu petite pour deux surtout si on a de grosses valises mais c'est tout à fait acceptable compte tenu de l'emplacement de l'hôtel.
