ホテルの一階のレストランに行きたくてここのホテルにしたけど、席があいてたのにもかかわらず入れてもらえなかった。がっかりです
久しぶりのホテルだったので、チェックインが不安であったが、フロントの人が素早くかつ丁寧に案内をしてくれて、全然戸惑わなかった。
チェックインのときと同じスタッフの人が、自分はエレベーターの利用にカードキーが必要なことをしらなかったが、エレベーターに乗れないことにすぐに気がついて教えてくれた
