Pros:

The location was great, close to restaurants and bars and right next to Nana Skytrain station for wider access to the city.

Cons:

I didn't dislike anything. If I had to write anything negative then like many Bangkok hotels, it's a little dated but everything worked fine.

Right in the heart of all the nonsense, but very quiet too.

Cons:

The staff especially the security couldn't do enough for you , from opening doors and treating you like a celebrity, to carrying your cases from and to the taxi , always with a cheeky salute .

Stayed for 6 nights asked quite a few times at front desk to have room made up while I was out . Not once was it done . I heard them call and ask but never done
