Pros:

Location is amazing, quick access to Tram 1 which takes you to major tourist places. Nearby is Galataport with many restaurants. The walk from T1 is uphil but not bad, compared to other streets in the area.
The staff are also very freindly and helpful. It's good value for money.

Cons:

I think the house keeping can improve.
