Great find for our overnight stop travelling from Portsmouth to the North via A34.
Pros:

Quiet location and comfortable room. Excellent food in the evening, and great breakfast.

Staff all friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Está en un sitio muy curioso, en una pista de carreras de caballos en uso. Además lo bueno es que tiene una parada de tren justo delante y se puede llegar perfectamente sin coche. Al ser en ese sitio la zona es super tranquila (obviamente no había carrera cuando fuimos, sino otro gallo cantaría). El personal muy simpático.

Cons:

Fuimos en plena ola de calor. Error. No hay aire acondicionado en ningún lugar del hotel, mucho menos en las habitaciones, y el calor era realmente insoportable. La zona de la recepción especialmente era un horno, pobres recepcionistas que tenían que atender con un mísero ventilador sudando a chorro. A parte de esto, la habitación era pequeñita y la ducha encharcaba un poco, pero el calor fue el principal problema.

Great location and quality stay
Pros:

Clean. Great location for races. Pleasant staff

Cons:

Could do more staff at breakfast. A lot of things ran out and people were waiting for spoons, milk, orange juice and bread - although lady serving was doing her best.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The room was very compact, not very soundproof. No storage, no table or chair, no USB outlet. The bathroom had dampness around the walls. Cleanliness of the room was poor.

Kurztrip top!
Pros:

Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, sauber, modern. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Sehr gutes Frühstück dabei.

Cons:

Lage ist ein bisschen weg vom Zentrum.

Facilities were inadequate and so we left and found an alternative venue.

The location. Was very close to family.

Cons:

No a/c anywhere! Very disappointing considering it is such a new hotel and during the hottest week of the year this was unbearable.
Everything was just a bit grubby.
Receptionist was pleasant enough but was casually chatting with her friends who had their feet up on the furniture in the reception lobby. We felt like we were disturbing them to check in.
Because of the heat the kitchens were closed and only pizzas were being offered - this seemed to include for breakfast!
Tiny shower & toilet facilities.

This was a great place to stay to visit family and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Good location, king bed, clean updated bathroom, excellent breakfast!

Cons:

A little more room to place luggage maybe on luggage racks instead of floor.
