Staff super friendly and helpful. Location fantastic for the racecourse. Bed was comfy. Easy to park and convenient to walk to the town centre.
Room was dusty. Hanging space for clothes is limited to about 6 hangers on a rail and nowhere to put other clothes. It's fine for a couple of days. Rooms are on the pricey side but the location for our needs compensated for this.

Séjour très décevant. Le personnel du week-end était impoli et peu serviable, et n'a jamais proposé de solutions concrètes aux problèmes que nous avons soulevés.
Le principal problème concernait le petit-déjeuner. Notre réservation incluait le petit-déjeuner, mais le personnel a refusé d'ouvrir la salle à 6h30 pour les départs matinaux, et n'a même pas voulu préparer un simple sac petit-déjeuner à récupérer à la réception. Je n'avais jamais vu un hôtel refuser de servir un petit-déjeuner déjà payé. Nous avons dû discuter longuement avec le personnel pour obtenir l'ouverture de la salle.
Le samedi soir, le restaurant de l'hôtel était réservé pour une soirée privée, sans que nous en soyons prévenus à l'avance. Comme il n'y a pas d'autre restaurant à proximité, nous avons été contraints de dîner dans notre chambre.
Dans l'ensemble, on a eu l'impression d'un hôtel qui privilégie son propre confort à celui de ses clients. Je n'y retournerais pas.
Everything, great place to stay
Nothing, except poor WiFi
Room was clean, everything worked well. The breakfast was good but not great.
Breakfast coffee wasn't very good.
Very disappointing stay. The weekend staff were rude and unhelpful throughout, and never offered real solutions to any of the problems we raised.
The biggest issue was breakfast. Our reservation included breakfast, but the staff refused to open the dining room at 6:30 for early departures and would not even prepare a simple breakfast bag to collect at reception. I have never experienced a hotel refuse to serve breakfast that was already paid for. We had to argue at length with the staff just to get the breakfast room opened.
On Saturday night, the hotel restaurant was closed to guests for a private party, with no advance warning. Since there are no other restaurants nearby, we were forced to eat dinner in our room.
Overall, this felt like a hotel that puts its own convenience ahead of its guests. I would not recommend this hotel.
The room was comfy, the staff were helpful and friendly and we were able to have our dog with us!
