Fantasztikus vendégszeretet, fantasztikus helyen!
Pros:

A szállás az óváros kellős közepén található, egy több, mint 100 éves házban. A felújított szoba tágas és tiszta volt, gyönyörű kilátással az Anasztázia templomra. A törölközőket kétnaponta cserélték. Minden nevezetesség, múzeum, promenád, strand, éttermek, fagyizó a közelben. Tökéletes helyszín mind a város kulturális felfedezéséhez, városnézéshez, mind a strandoláshoz - a városi strand (Kolovare) gyalog 20 perc távolságra van. A választható reggelit (egy reggeli főétel és egy ital) a recepció épületében üzemelő vagy a szemközti bisztróban szolgálták fel: mindig friss és finom volt, mi nagyon szerettük itt kezdeni a napot. Sokszor itt ettük a vacsoránkat is, mert nagyon jó a konyha.
Szeretném kiemelni Karlo és csapata rendkívüli vendégszeretetét, odafigyelését, előzékenységét. Karlo, rögtön az elején nagyon sok hasznos információval látott el minket nem csak a szállásról, hanem a város történetéről, a felkeresendő helyekről; a szobát hamarabb elfoglalhattuk, és a kijelentkezéskor a csomagjainkat az indulásig a recepción hagyhattuk. Tomas és többiek is rendkívül sokat segítettek. Le a kalappal a vendégszeretetük előtt!!!!

Cons:

Minden tökéletes volt, ha nagyon megerőltetem magam, akkor talán azt mondanám, hogy lehetne még 1-2 szék a szobában, de ez apróság. Minden szuper volt!

Pros:

Karlo and Thomas were excellent hosts! They were helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the area. We could not have asked for a better location, right in the middle of the Old town.
We will be back!

The only thing that was truly great about this place was its location – right in the heart of the Old Town, with an amazing gelato shop next door.

Cleaness was also ok.

Cons:

Everything else was disappointing. The entrance to the hotel is through a neglected, dirty staircase. There is no elevator, so we had to carry our suitcases up to the third floor. But that wasn't even the worst part. When we were checking out and carrying our luggage back down, I slipped on the worn, slippery stairs, fell with my suitcase, and got injured.

Another unpleasant surprise was that the information sheet in the room stated that breakfast started at 7:00 a.m. We had a tour booked for 8:00 a.m., so we arrived for breakfast right at 7:00, only to be told that breakfast wasn't actually served until 8:00. As a result, we had to start our tour without any food or even a cup of coffee, despite having already paid for breakfast as part of our booking.

Also there was another information paper sticked to the door - pricelist wich was relevant on 2018... that also says a lot how much up to date is this place.

The view through the window was really bad - some roofs, bushes and trash. I guess just few apartments have the view to the town hall. All the rest - better do not open the window.

Overall, a very poor experience. I honestly don't understand how this hotel has an average rating of 8, and even more surprisingly, how it has been awarded four stars.
This was by far the worst place we stayed during our entire vacation in Croatia.

Cudowny weekend w Zadarze
Pros:

Przemiła obsługa. Pomocna na każdym kroku, życzliwa i uprzejma. Mogliśmy zostawić po wymeldowaniu bezpiecznie bagaże i odebrać je na koniec dnia.
Śniadanie w formie menu do wyboru. Wszystko pyszne i świeże. Ponadto przemiła zniżka 10 procent na inne posiłki tylko zachęcała, aby tam wrócić. Polecamy makarony z owocami morza - pyszności.
Sama lokalizacja i widok z okna przecudowne. Ścisłe centrum, wszędzie blisko, ikony Zadaru na wyciągnięcie ręki. Do najbliżej plaży 15min spacerem.

PS udało nam się zobaczyć tradycyjne chorwackie wesele przed katedrą - cudowne przeżycie - każdy musi to zobaczyć.

Cons:

Niektóre elementy mieszkania potrzebują powoli renowacji, jednak są to detale i w żaden sposób nie przeszkadzają w pobycie.

Locația apartamentului este excelentă, personalul foarte primitor și prietenos.
Pros:

Locația este situată în zona centrală a orașului, foarte aproape de toate atracțiile, restaurante, cafenele și baruri. A fost o alternativă bună pentru a vizita orașul. Micul dejun foarte ok.

Cons:

Pe casa scării nu este lumină in timpul noptii și este destul de anevoios accesul pana la etajul 2 unde am avut apartamentul. Frigiderul trebuie curățat și para de la dus si furtunul trebuie schimbate. Prosoapele au fost curate, dar cu material învechit. Ar fi bine sa fie schimbate.

Cons:

Die tropfende Klima, welche leider nicht mehr ihre ganze Leistung brachte, oder der schwache Druck in der Duschleitung, kann aber auch wegen der Höhe her sein, wir waren im 3.Stock.

Hyvä sijainti, ylin kerros (ei kuulunut äänet).

Cons:

Toinen huoneisto (varauksella kaksi) haisi homeelle, hanat eivät oikein pysyneet paikallaan, ilmalämpöpumppu ei jaksanut viilentää, vessa ei vetänyt kunnolla, jääkaappi resonoi pahasti, aamiainen oli onneton. Patjat/sängyt huonot, ei kunnon peittoja.
