Pros:

We stayed for a week and will definitely be back. The apartment is perfectly located and main area is very spacious. The host, Karlo and associates (shout out to Mikel) were beyond exceptional! The entire community is friendly. Will return just to stay with Karlo ... and to eat the way to convenient ice cream with the friendly vendor downstairs.

Cons:

4 flights of stairs were a bit much in the heat of the day. Luckily, we had help from the host with our luggage. Side note: view of the square is worth the climb!

A Dreamy Stay ⭐
Pros:

The apartment is absolutely beautiful,it makes you feel like you're staying in a villa on the French Riviera. Waking up to a ceiling like this truly makes you feel like royalty. :)

The location is great, it's close to the city center, yet once you close the windows, it's incredibly quiet. Everything was spotless, cozy, and full of charm.

Karlo was an excellent host. I would definitely recommend this place!

Nur die Lage.

Cons:

Der Eingang und Stiegenaufgang ist Katastrophe.
1. Appartement Klima defekt vieles kaputt, am zweiten Tag umgezogen.
2. Appartement immer wieder Stromausfall und ebenso vieles kaputt.

Pros:

Lokalita skvelá priamo v historickom centre Zadaru. Budova stará a vstup nie príliš lákavý, ale izby / apartmany boli čisté a dobre vybavené. Raňajky boli na výber z menu, boli chutné a čerstvé. K ubytovaniu sme mali aj 1 parkovacie miesto, ktoré bolo naozaj "za rohom". Pre krátku návštevu Zadaru vrelo odporúčam.

Cons:

Parkovanie mimo ubytovania na verejnom parkovisku bolo trošku komplikované - nedalo sa predĺžiť skôr, ako ubehlo už zaplatené parkovanie, ale to s ubytovaním nemá nič spoločné. Iba na to upozorňujem, ináč parkovacích miest na verejnom parkovisku pri prístave dostatočne veľa a k ubytovaniu je to kúsok.

Pros:

Absolutamente nada, es una verdadera estafa y un sitio inhabitable. Es muy malo. Sucio, pesimo. Es una estafa

No hay recepcion ni personal.
Las habitacuones malas El baño esta en la habitacion sin puerta, con una cortina. Huele a desagues sucios
La entrada es un basurero, total
Las fotos de fachada son falsas. No hay identificacion en la entrada, es una sede mixta, de deposito de comidas, basura, materiales de construccion etc.
La vista de la habitacion , es a unas ruinas deprimentes, llenas de basura

No hay restaurante ni parqueadero, solamente ofrecen opciones "cercanas", donde aun asi hay que pagar extra
