Ein fast toller Urlaub..leider gibt es an det Rezeption Mitarbeiter die dort nicht sein sollten

die nähe zum schönen Sandstrand,super Personal im Bereich Gastronomie und Reinigung.

Cons:

Unverschämte Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.Leider ist man deren Willkür ausgeliefert.(Eine Blonde Dame und ein etwas kräftiger Mitarbeiter mit Brille )Hier sollte das. Management was unternehmen..Unverschämter geht es nicht.Wir waren das vierte mal im Side Prenses diese beiden sind nicht tragbar.Sehr schade da sehr viele Mitarbeiter tolle und fleißige Menschen sind.

Az óvároshoz közeli elhelyezkedés.Bőséges és választékos étkezés.

Cons:

Megérkezésünkkor nem azt a szobaminőséget kaptuk amit kérünk. Csak 3 nap után költözhettünk át. A felújítások minősége gyenge egy 5 csillagos hotelbesoroláshoz. Gyenge ital és koktélválaszték. A parton lévő bár kicsi.

Hotel er besøg værd, men desværre meget slidt
Pros:

Mad, renlighed og personalet.

Cons:

Virkelig gammelt, ved stranden er parasoller og liggestolene gamle og slidt, TV i værelset gammelt og 20 tommer, senge var rene men også gamle, trænger til kærlig hånd

5 yıldızlı hotel olduğu için fiyat yüksek. Ancak, yine de imkanı olanlara tavsiye ederim.
Pros:

Çalışanlardan rezervasyon bölümünden Nur hanım, resepsiyonda Tuğba hanım, SPA masaj bölümünde İnok hanım, müşteri ilişkileri sorumlusu Ekaterina hanım ve ismini sayamadığım diğer personel çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Ayrıca restoran servis ve mutfak personelleri ile animasyon ekibini de unutmamak gerekir. Hotelin konumu ve odaları güzel, yemekleri de 5 yıldızlı hotel yakışacak şekilde lezzetli ve çeşitliydi.

Cons:

Daha önce bu hotelde 2 defa konaklamıştım. Bu son ziyaretimde sauna bölümü kapalıydı. Bu sorunu ilgililere ilettim. Ancak ben ayrılana kadar sorun çözülemedi.
