Un hotel encantador en un sitio ideal
Pros:

La habitación, el edificio es un BIC, el restaurante es excepcional y el entorno es muy hermoso y tranquilo

Cons:

No hay buenas indicaciones para llegar y el navegador da una ubicación algo errónea. El desayuno está bien pero se echan de menos platos calientes

Es un sitio precioso a un buen precio. La amabilidad de la mujer que nos recibió a las 10 de la mañana y como tenía una habitación libre nos dejó ocuparla. Muchas gracias!!!

Dissapointing as no food options available

Lovely property and comfortable rooms

Cons:

No food options apart from frozen pizza. Advertised as having a restaurant but was not advised in advance this was not available due to a private function.
Having walked 26km to get there is was frustrating and annoying that there was not a proper food selection available.

Bel hotel. Très propre. Un joli cadre. Personnel sympathique et efficace.

Cons:

Le lit était peu confortable et les oreillers ne sont pas pratiques.
On entend beaucoup le couloir (plancher massif), c'est dommage car c'est ce qui fait le cachet de l'hôtel.

Very enjoyable.

It was close to the ferry terminal and near to the motorway into Santander.

We didn’t like leaving! Hope to stay longer next time.

El hotel es precioso. El palacio está remodelado con mucho gusto, además con un servicio muy bueno y eficiente. Muy limpio todo. Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. El desayuno correcto no es muy amplio pero está bien.Todo perfecto

Todo muy bien. El trato del personal, el Palacio es muy bonito y las habitaciones son amplias y están muy bien. La ubicación depende de lo que busques, esta cerca de Arce, en el camino de Santiago
