Pros:

Il palazzo è stupendo! La collezione al mattino non molto varia ma di ottima qualità. Tra l’altro è stato l’unico posto che ho trovato il verso su cui di arancia al 100% senza aggiunta di acqua. Come invece viene in tutti quasi tutti gli altri hotel.

The property was located away from the highway and in a safe neighborhood. Parking was located conveniently. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The one major issue was the flies in the inside dining area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had to continually swat flies away from us and our meals. The breakfast buffet was sub-par in contrast with other comparable hotels. Meats and cheeses were laid out at room temperature without any refrigeration or covers (flies had free access to all the food as mentioned above). Fresh fruit not provided every day. The lunch and dinner menu is 95% seafood based (not an issue for seafood enthusiasts, but challenging for those with shellfish allergies or other personal preferences; want travelers to be aware).

Amazing old building, very refined, great value and welcoming staff.
Pros:

Beautiful old building, well equipped and spacious room with plenty of storage and comfortable beds. Bar/restaurant staff very friendly and polite. Great access to local roads to go into Santander and also to several beaches within a few kilometres. Breakfast on our final morning was excellent and good value for 12 EUR compared to others on our trip.

Cons:

It is an old building so unfortunately it was a little noisy on an evening with people walking down corridors to and from rooms, however this is a minor thing and is a feature of the building.

The most beautiful property with a fabulous restaurant!
Pros:

Great restaurant, easy access from main road, comfortable rooms and staff were very nice. Definitely will make a return visit. Oh, and great private parking.
