as a spa hotel we expected thermal pools. we found out there are no thermal pools, only as special treatment.
hotel location is up on the hill. to get back from main street or city center might be difficult for some people.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel an toller Lage mit äusserst freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

- Das Frühstuck sowie das Buffet am Abend war sehr gut
- Freundlichkeit des Personals
- Es war immer Wasser auf dem Zimmer

Cons:

- Das Badezimmer war etwas klein
- Das oberste Stockwerk hatte nur ein kleines Fenster mit mühsamen Jalousinen

Nice hotel but not a reliable publicity for the rooms

Staff do not know English !!!!
We reserved via booking. In the pictures you clearly see a balcony in the room. We got a room without a balcony. They asked for an extra charge for this. Even when we showed the pictures in booking. Not a reliable publicity. Disapointing !!!
