Fantastic
Pros:

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Kilkenny!

Cons:

Some of the rooms are very hot. Book the rooms at the front of the hotel

Pros:

Gorgeous. Quiet. Stylish. Roomy. Great breakfast and bar.

Cons:

Too hot to sleep. The provided fans were helpful but really wanted to just open those windows more so I could breathe!

Should have been warned about noise possible from front of hotel.
Pros:

Some rooms were poorly lighted. Front second floor rooms can be noisy due to street/ pub noise.

Great stay thank you. Breakfast and restaurant were lovely.
Pros:

A great spot in Kilkenny close to everything. Parking is available at E17.50 a day in the parking lot next door. Lovely room a bit stuffy as can’t open windows but overhead fans were available.

Alright. Expected better.
Pros:

Location, restaurant was nice , good value. Restaurant staff were very attentive.

Cons:

Lift was slow. Cleaners and lobby staff were unhelpful. Noisy guests & way too warm resulted in a bad night's sleep.

Wonderful and friendly staff!
Pros:

The location is in a terrific location close to the city center. Walking is easy to a wide range of amenities, restaurants and other shopping. The on-site bar is fantastic!

Cons:

They did not have air conditioning in the rooms, which I thought they did, so that was a surprise. But the open air from balcony door was nice.

A stylish establishment with a feel of luxury
Pros:

A perfect location to access historical sites, galleries, restaurants and shops. An excellent dining room in hotel’s stylish restaurant, Ember, with table service for breakfast and live music in the hotel’s bar with complimentary drink all contribute to a most relaxing experience.

Il Bar all'interno dell'hotel.

Cons:

Il bagno nella nostra stanza aveva la vasca da bagno, anziché la doccia ed era scomoda. Inoltre, era distante dalla camera da letto perché c'era un piccolo corridoio interno che univa la camera da letto al bagno.

first day breakfast was very poor asked for soft poached eggs served very hard also white pudding tasted sour. unfortunately second day same thing otherwise we had a great stay and we have been in the hotel many times and really enjoyed
