Pros:

The bed was comfy and the keyless entey

Cons:

It was very hot in our room all four days the remote to the fan in my room never worked even after the batteries were replaced I couldn't open all of the windows to allow a cross breeze the room was very small and they wanted me to put an additional card down and deposit to ride a bicycle when I already had a credit card on file for incidentals.

Pros:

Staff are very friendly. Nice little kitchen downstairs to prep food in so you dont have to eat out. 2 blocks from main beach area.

Cons:

The cleaning staff missed some things in my room. Bed was perfect, but some parts of room felt just not that clean.

Hidden gem in Long Beach
Pros:

Close to the downtown area and conference center but far enough way to be quieter. Several good restaurants, nearby and a good grocery store only a block away. they also have bicycles to use at no charge. The rooms are small but sufficient.

Cons:

Stairs are a little steep and small treads. The floor in the room was not as clean as it should be and overall the property is a little older.
