Pros:

Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean

Cons:

Shower was very backed up and the bathroom fan needs to be replaced (loud). Some of the cabinets were a little banged up.

It was just “ok”
Pros:

Location was good and amenities nearby were helpful. Staff was ok. Full size fridge was helpful

Cons:

I was unaware when I booked that this was a long term style property. A lot of tradespeople staying long term and it also appeared that a local organization helped house people affected by hardships. Traveling with my young daughter and mother we didn’t feel unsafe but also didn’t feel safe at the same time. Made sure we were always together. If I had a male with it may have felt differently.

Great location but a worn and dated property
Pros:

Location is perfect for accessing highways and there are restaurants across parking lot. A list of nearby restaurants was provided that offered discounts for guests.

Cons:

Room ventilation poor and smelled. Being on first floor couldn't open window very far (totally expected). Room condition was fair - past time of refresh. Window shades were frayed and being held together with paper clips, window shade pulls/tracks were frozen/rusted - required considerable effort to move, lamp shade was cracked, shattered in places, and peeling, trim/doors a bit battered, paint flaking, dated fixtures, loud bath fan, plumbing fixtures flopped around.

The bed was comfortable and good seating to watch TV.

The TV took two people to fix it, and then the shower handle broke in the middle shower and they new it was broken.

Mistreated at the candlewood hotel

We were looking for a place close to home while work was being done to our apt...this location is just a quarter mile from our apartment. Making our stay very convenient. But the prejudice and negative attitude we got from two members of the x̌x̌ forgot how small someone's prejudice can make a person feel. My partner did not deserve to have her stay ruined by such mentally abusive misuse of power by the desk clerk working at night on the16th of Febuary...

I dikjke dn't like being verbally assaulted. ...and talked down too and lied too and 'punished' byàa thega1 night desk clerk... I will be following up with the saying time þ2 qq 12szźqßmanagement and then the district manag5er of this hotel chain... Being threatened with being thrown out and having the police called on us for something we hadn't even done is a outrage and a indignation that we definitely have not earned...I will not sit back and be grateful for being treated like a disruptive teenager when I paid these ridiculous charges just like everyone else has. Why this person chose to alienate us and be abusive toward us. I don't know....but I am not going to stop pressing this issue until I do. This has been eye opening, embarrassing and extremely uncomfortable...3
