Hyatt held a deposit for days after i left the hotel and it took a week for the hold to be lifted. I was not impressed
Breakfast and location and price were great!
Blinds were not functioning properly
Very nice property along with great rooms and facilities. Breakfast was best by far for my entire trip.
The only issue I would say is that you could really only enter the property from one way. Have to make a big circle to get back towards it around the block.
All the hospitality and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.
The couch could use a professional upholstery cleaning.
Room could use a microwave.
The sliding door for bathroom instead of a normal door felt a little less private.

Honestly, its very nice hotel. If I could I would give the staff 100/10. The rooms were clean and spacious. Food in the morning was delicious and if you have Celiac/Gluten they accommodat it and make a separate whole breakfast. Hotel is close to stores and very short drive to the mall. Room also has a smart TV which is great!
The glass door to the bathroom is soooo odd and weird. No privacy and lock doesnt work
Pool is very small for that size of hotel
2 elevators not enough for 7 stories. We had to wait few times for it to go just to get in with our luggage
No dedicated space to work in calm outside of the rooms
