The room and washroom space is good size. Staff are very nice. Breakfast is made fresh which is great.
We had 3 people in the room but they didn't have a blanket ready for the 3rd person. When requested, the blanket was thin. Thickness wasn't enough for the room's temperature and comfortable sleeping . There was only 1 pillow and it was so flat.
Very close to west Edmonton mall, excellent breakfast buffet and other services, very clean and courteous staff

INSANE high price for pet friendly $100, although not that friendly. Dog wasn’t aloud anywhere in the hotel. We weren’t supposed to bring outside food.
Put us on third floor. Ling walk to stairs and ling wait for elevator.
Ice machines…..well. They are supposed to be on floor 2/4/6 but 2 was doing carpet install and blocked the entrance to get out of elevator
4 was out of order.
Pool was good until the rules weren’t followed and had employees walk in and out and nothing was done.
Not up to standard Hyatt standards
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep.
A special shout-out to Sunita,( Shae, and Jonathan from the Philippines.) They were all incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming to every guest. Thank you for your excellent service, and keep up the great work!
The breakfast was also very good. The staff made sure the food was always replenished whenever something was running low, so everything was fresh and available.
The hotel is also conveniently located near a mall, making it very easy to access shops, restaurants, and other amenities.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
