Comfortable and clean in a section of the city that has lots of hotels.
The Hyatt policy is a $100 charge for a pet for a stay up to four nights. We are not returning to Hyatt for any short term stays because of this - that amount is excessive for one night. Also this particular property does not have a lot of walking area around the neighbourhood with our dog.

I’m vegan
I was told - the chef - was making me a vegan omelette the first morning .
What he brought out was a microwaved just egg product that I can buy from superstore.
It’s small and tasteless. I was shocked .
No vegan cheese … no bread .

And a very small hash brown beside it
I love to eat I have a healthy appetite.
Was super duper disappointed that I could not enjoy breakfast with my husband and breakfast was to be included.
So I was not able to eat .

Rooms very spacious and clean with comfortable beds large shower stalls and the staff are very helpful and friendly

Paying $10 extra for a top floor room only to hear the roof top units humming all the time. Great if you want background noise not so much if you paid extra for quiet

The prices - staying a few nights - it would be best to give us a good reasonable prices plus loyalty discount (give us one night free) because we come back all the time to book this hotel.
