Good hotel for family, wonderful hot breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful and my granddaughter loves the pool. Able to get a slightly extended check-out time so she had time for a swim on the morning we left.

Cons:

There were no rooms with 2 queen beds available when I booked so I slept on the hide-a-bed. It was not very comfortable and there was no extra bedding available in the room. Since I was so cold the first night, I requested a blanket or duvet. There were none available and the best the hotel could do was to offer an extra coverlet, which was not great.

A pleasant and welcoming experience
Pros:

Extremely pleased with our time at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Our room was tidied daily which was more than anticipated but much appreciated. Overall the hotel is kept very tidy and everything seemed in working order. Complementary breakfast had a good selection and always tasted fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future.
