Pros:

Super convenient location for campus visits to UC

Cons:

I was charged $100 more at the desk than what Booking.com stated as my total. I’m assuming it was a deposit that may be refunded but I really don’t know, and nothing was said as an explanation.

Close stay to the University of Cincinnati.
Pros:

It was a convenient location, very clean and comfortable stay.

Cons:

The breakfast options were OK. We hardly ate any of it. There wasn’t a lot that we liked, but there was coffee and bagels and some fruit so that was actually pretty easy to take with us while we walk to the university..

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Very accommodating
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate. Wish they had coffee available at all hours instead of just in the morning but over all good.

Cons:

I didn't research enough about parking. I didn't realize there was a separate parking garage but it worked out ok.

Great Stay - Great Employees
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. While we didn't eat breakfast in the morning, it did smell and look very good.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the parking was not closer. It was raining when we got there and due to the parking garage not being connected to the building , we were soaked.
