The building looks ok from outside but worn off from inside

Cons:

First the location: the area is not clean and has homeless and creepy , safety is a question mark.
I heard all noises from 11 pm to 5 am trying to sleep as a layover to catch a flight at noon( Noises are: police and ambulance sirens,dogs barking different loud music and people shouting although not weekend (Wednesday) other noises trucks buses and motorcycles noises and neighbors in other rooms as the city trying to give birth
The curtain is dirty
Windows were open
No floor mat in bathroom, be careful you could slip
Towels are outdated and one has a hole!
Hotel in booking 4 stars but in the hotel location marked 3( It’s between 2-3 stars)

Todo estuvo bien
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la amabilidad de la limpieza qué hay todos los días, los desayunos son rico y se los recomiendo mucho en las mañanitas y el personal del desayuno son muy amables.

El desayuno está rico

Cons:

Hace demasiado calor y no tienen aire acondicionado. También los ruidos de otras habitaciones se escuchan perfectamente y no pudimos dormir agusto, a las 6am alguien ponía música y nos despertaba. Además menos de 12 horas para que hiciera el check in le aumentaron el costo a mi reservación sin darme oportunidad de buscar más opciones de hospedaje. No pienso regresar ahí
