It is a very nice place to stay, but staff should care more.
Pros:

friendly staff.

Cons:

When I booked I asked for a reserved parking space near the entrance because I have cancer and have difficulty walking.
When I stayed at the hotel a bit more than a year ago the staff reserved the nearest parking for me. They cared more.
Last time the breakfast was better quality. I would have preferred a carpet next to the bed instead of just the laminated floor.

We enjoyed staying here
Pros:

Their food was really good, the kids enjoyed it and us too.
The pools has a good temperature to swim in. That is a real bonus when you are with kids.
Walking distance to massage, the illusion museum and other hangouts if you wish.

Cons:

At the pool, it will be nice if there is a section where people can smoke and for non-smokers. We were there with the kids and the one is only 1 year, but there were people smoking not far from us- Visitors from outside the hotel. I really struggle with that smell. And now our little one's tiny lungs had to deal with that too. That was unpleasant.
Getting food room service also took too long.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Convenient location.

Cons:

Had to request a room-swap as first room was noisy (overlooked boiler/power units?) Toilet seat was loose. Mattress felt worn.

The setting, breakfast and the staff.

Cons:

My room the shower was in the bathtub and the water was not running freely whilst showering.

The toilet is too close to the wall so was uncomfortable to go to the bathroom
