Yes wonderful property so clean and well maintained.
Nothing it was perfect
The room was impeccably clean and the little extras were plentiful. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. There was new flooring and the bathroom sink looked brand new.
The decor was miss matched, chairs too big for the space. Too much going on without thought to how it all worked together. That said, the value for the money allowed us to overlook it, as Cooperstown prices during the season are very high.
The room was spacious, and everything was thought of even a dirty washing basket in the bathroom.
The location was 8 minutes from dreams park and 20 minutes from Oneda Walmart.
The place is family owned and ran and they were amazing. Very organised and efficient.
It said kitchenette and maybe I didn't understand it. It had a fridge, microwave and a toaster oven only. In the end it was perfect but I think I was expecting a hot plate to boil pasta etc.

Convenient. Well- stocked, above and beyond: coffee & creamer, full-sized toiletries, laundry detergent & cleaning supplies.
Toaster oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, outdoor grill, laundry facilities.
No breakfast offered, but coffee pot and refrigerator, microwave everything you could need. Plus a store in the parking lot😊
All good as far as a home base for Cooperstown baseball parks. Not a place to hangout or eat dinner-just a clean comfortable place to sleep. Plus a guest laundry room with free soap…plenty of room towels available for guests.
The rooms were clean and the amenities were very nice! The towels, toiletries, bowls, plates and silverware were good quality. A very pleasant surprise. They were better than more expensive hotels.

Spotlessly Clean inside and outside. Grounds were well manicured. All the amenities. Have all the soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Dishes and utensils, toaster, microwave, sink and fridge, tv with remote and everything works and was very clean or new. Fantastic A C and pretty quiet. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Got to talk with Paul. He and his dad own the property, they’re doing a great job and said they appreciated our business. Would highly recommend. Even one of our cart drivers at Dreams Park knows Paul and said how nice he and his dad are for the community.

Located on Rt 28, just 4.5 miles from Dreams Park and 10 minutes from Cooperstown. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker in the room. Plenty of towels, and a shower with excellent pressure. A little diner 3/10ths of mile down the road met all the breakfast needs.
There was nothing I didn't like. If anything, an extra blanket would had been nice.
We had a very comfortable stay at Apple Inn and Suites. It is 8 minutes from Dreams Park and about 15 from downtown Cooperstown. Paul, the owner, is super attentive. There is a convenience store 100 steps from your room with ample supply of food, beverages, and sundries. No breakfast, but there are close places, like Jackie's, with nice homestyle selections. We did not have a chance to use the outdoor pool or grills, but would have been a nice touch. The room was as clean as any major chain. Free WiFi is secure, which is nice. Not having to use your mobile hot spot. We highly recommend Apple Inn and Suites!
This inn was exactly what the reviews indicated. The facilities were clean and more than adequate for what we needed. The location was an easy ten minute drive to Cooperstown. There is nothing fancy about this place, you won't find all the extras of a high priced hotel but if you are looking for an affordable place to lay your head at night to rest up for the next day I highly recommend it.
The location to Dreamspark was great! The room was very clean, pillows and bed were comfortable and the view from the back was lovely!
The only complaint I have is the inside of the dresser drawers was not wiped out and that gave me an ick but the floor, bed, bathroom, etc, all spotless. Also, I didn’t love the red towels. I assume just normal laundering made them appear slightly aged but still clean.
This is a small inn that is no frills. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the views of the hills around Milford/Cooperstown are beautiful. There is easy access to a convenience store, and it is a short drive to local attractions and restaurants/breweries. The best part of the stay is the customer service! Check in was very easy, and Paul was extremely responsive! This is service you don’t find with big chains. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
