Loved it and would recommend! Staff very helpful food amazing
Pros:

Beautiful x location pool food service staff got late check out bonus and got top floor as requested
Best and I mean best breakfast options I have ever experienced and I’ve been to Bali like 60 times seriously

Cons:

Our room was a bit tight x we paid for upgrade and got a view of the side of resort so no real view of gardens etc we feel we were given the smaller room rather than the upgrade we paid for but it was still very quiet which the number one thing I request x quiet and peaceful

Wonderful staff and beautiful resort
Pros:

Staff were absolutely wonderful, so kind and helpful.
The resort itself was beautiful and well maintained
Beds were also super comfy and cosy. We loved having the mini bar restocked each day also!
You can also really tell the finer details have been thought about such as insect repellent in the rooms amongst others.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

Everything was great, nothing much at all to comment negatively on. However there was a quiet area of the hotel around the deluxe rooms which had a pool which I thought was a fantastic feature however kids were still able to play in there so having a dedicated quiet or adults only area would have made it much better.
Also breakfast was hit and miss, somethings were delicious whilst others could be improved.
All in all would not deter me at all from coming back, it was a great experience
