Pros:

It is an unbelievably beautiful hotel, we have stayed here at least 5 times and will continue to come back. It is pristine in cleanliness the staff are all so attentive and amazingly helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The only thing was the sewerage smell during the night but we were lucky enough to have an air purifier in our room, so it eliminated most of the odour

Excellent service close to everywhere and clean and new rooms

Very clean staff was very friendly and very helpful thank you so much♥️🙏🏻

Cons:

The water in the shower was leaking everywhere after the shower we had the wipe the floor down our self cause it was verily slippery I almost fell the tiles are also slippery those tiles are not appropriate for the bathroom yes it look pretty but very dangerous

Beachfront stay
Pros:

For a 500-room hotel, there’s enough staff to offer personalised and prompt service. Breakfast buffet had extensive range of tasty cuisine from all around the world. Rooms were very clean with mini bar items included and refreshed daily at no extra cost. Location is close to many other shops and restaurants and the small malls in Kuta. Sunset was beautiful and their beachfront is a peaceful, picturesque place to hang out.

Cons:

Rooms are on the smaller end, we stayed in both deluxe and premier rooms. Food outside of breakfast wasn’t as tasty… we tried both in room dining and the Sands restaurant for lunch.

最高のホテル。バリに行くなら必ずまたここに泊まりたい。
Pros:

空港から近くロケーションがいい。ホテル直結のビーチがあり、また併設のプールも広いためリゾートとして最高だと思った。外に出ても近くにお店が多くご飯やショッピングには困らない。

Cons:

部屋のメイキングを頼んだ後に必ず置かれる謎の食べ物がいらなかった。味も分からず放置しようとしたところ、匂いがあるため虫が寄ってきて少し不快だった。サービスなので受け取りたい客もいるのだろうが、せめて選べるようにして欲しかったです。

Avanya retreat
Pros:

Exceptional hotel. Great location. Attentive staff. Great breakfast at Sand. Pools are lovely, plenty of chairs and umbrellas.
Mini bar refills every day. Bathroom products were nice.

Cons:

Shower door when opened leaked water onto the tiles making them slippery.
