The resort is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the pools and beachfront were stunning. The location was also perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the airport while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.

The only thing I would say is the staff, they are genuinely nice &friendly.

Cons:

I wouldn’t consider this a 5-star hotel. The food was mediocre, and the location was disappointing. It’s right in the middle of Kuta, which we didn’t enjoy at all. The beach was so dirty that we couldn’t even let our toddler spend time there. We only chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, but if you’re looking for a beachfront resort where you can actually enjoy the beach, I’d highly recommend staying in Nusa Dua instead.
