快適な仙台の旅
Pros:

高速のインターのすぐ側でとても便利でした。また、朝食がとても美味しかったです。スタッフさんの対応もとても丁寧で快適に宿泊できました

トイレ以外は快適でした！

Cons:

トイレのウォシュレットが壊れていて使えませんでした。そしてユニットバスの入り口の段差が高くて足の悪い私には大変でした。

Pros:

地下鉄荒井駅から徒歩10分位の場所。
コンビニも近くにあります。
地元民がこよなく愛している仙台っ子が近くにあります。

Cons:

駐車場は台数はかなり停めれますが
1台のスペースがかなり狭いです。
飲み歩き旅の私たちにしたら
立地的によろしくなかったかなぁと。

駅近で便利で安く泊まれてよかったです！
Pros:

仙台駅から地下鉄で10分ほどの荒井駅の近くです．駅から徒歩5分くらい．近所にはコンビニもあり便利です．また，1Fのエレベータ前にスイーツが置かれていて自由に持って行って良かったりとサービス良かったです．値段も手ごろで，仙台駅周辺が相場が爆上がりで予算オーバーだったので助かりました．

Cons:

Booking.comで普通に掲載されていますが，ぶっちゃけラブホです😅なので，枕元にゴムが置かれていたりしますし，そういう目的で利用されるカップルも多そうです（フロントで鉢合わせしたり😅）．その点を分かったうえで利用しないと，気まずいかもしれません😅
