Camere arredate con gusto, confortevoli quanto basta
Pros:

Centrale, silenziosa, abbastanza spazioso l’ambiente per due persone. Personale (per lo più di nazionalità albanese) gentilissimo e pronto al problem solving.

Cons:

Lavello e water di tanto in tanto si otturavano, anche se il personale è intervenuto con rapidità. Forse il prezzo avrebbe potuto essere un po’ più basso

Einfaches reservieren/zahlen über booking.com, kontaktloser einfacher Check in/Check out und die zentrale Lage

Cons:

Das zentrale Empfangspersonal des Gebäudes war sehr freundlich aber der Hotel Mitarbeiter, der morgens ohne anzuklopfen einfach mein Zimmer betreten hat, war extrem unfreundlich!

we enjoy the stay, very satisfied
Pros:

the apartment is well designed, very peaceful, nice and comfotable. everything are perfect! (bed, kitchen, coffee, bathroom) location is close to Cologne university, it is easy to reach by train (train station is near the apartment building) and not far to the downtown, you can alwo walk about 20-30 mintues to downtown.

Pros:

Faires Preis / Leistungsverhältnis, sauber, unkomliziert. Einzig die Parkplatzsituation ist ein "Wahnsinn" (auch durch die aktuellen Baustellen) und es ist schade, dass es keine "Aussteig-Bucht" oder ähnliches gibt...

Dans l’ensemble très bien.
Pros:

Propre, accessible facilement à partir de la gare en SB. Épicerie à côté.

Cons:

Il manquait un peu d’ustensiles et un grille pain. Pas de climatisation, il faillait ouvrir la grande fenêtre pour râfraichir l’appartement.
