Nice view of table Mountain
Rude F&B manager and smelly bedsheets, pillows and towels and no heater in the room. Very cold at night. Shuttle to waterfront only available from 5pm.
Location was excellent and breakfast was amazing great taste and excellent staff.

The zircon button was broken. So I could not change the temperature.

The restaurant is a bit pricey
The food was definitely not 4*. My fish & prawns were so overcooked I sent it back. Morning breakfast staff were not helpful, 7 minutes to fetch me butter for my child's toast. Mould in the bathroom on the tiles & ceiling. The drawers dont work properly in the rooms & the rooms are so stuffy due to windows being bolted closed. Our time there was definitely not worth the money, We have stayed in B&B way fancier for way less. We were super disappointed:(
It was convenient because the Conference was at the hotel. Most staff were friendly.
The room was dark, not enough lighting to work at night. The hairdryer was not working. I found my dirty dishes outside my room the following morning. I ordered a breakfast pack the day before that was not prepared for the time that I had requested.
