The breakfast was exceptional! Great food and great hosts. Location was ideal if you want the City Life and prefer being central.

Really nice place to stay in the heart of CT.
Pros:

The breakfast was great- the service of the waiters could be improved, as they were hardly on the floor, and when asked to bring something, it took a while. It was well located for us and what we needed to do. The staff around the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated and could use a bit of a fresher feel. The beds are too soft and very small- we had 2 doubles for the 4 os use, but the one for hubby and me was small.

Housekeeping- they never (not on a single day) had the correct amount of towels for us so I had to call everyday. There seemed to be a communication issue, as each day a surprise arrived instead of the towels. We got a bag full of creams, soap, and shampoo. The other day I got an ironing board and an iron. All I needed was 4 towels.

Pros:

The welcome was brilliant beyond our expectations. The staff were friendly. We had a good service from Busisiwe one of the staff members.

Cons:

I was served a raw cheese burger, i believe it was contaminated. I git sick the whole night and the next 3 days to recover. But my parents had a different meal and enjoyed their meal. No one addressed the issue though I communicated with reception.

The fact that you have to hire gowns and slippers both for R650 and also the booking included park but when I checked in was told that need to pay R65.Yhoo I tv lol only etc.No YouTube!I mentioned that it was my birthday when I was booking lol nothing special was done.My experience was 3/10.

Breakfast was great. Dinner was great, compliments to the chef and your staff in the restuarants very pleasant.

Cons:

As explained to the manager, the fridge did not work, the bathroom had a smell, the shower did not work. false advertising as the pool was cold and not heated.
When i mentioned this to the manager, her response was who did you book through, when i said bookings.com she said that they were told to remove it, how this is a response is mind boggling, what does that have to do with the poor state of the room we were put in namely 2308 and the fact that the water was cold and not heated as advertised.
