Pros:

Public areas were all very conveniently organised.

Cons:

Our bathroom was in a very poor condition, needing replacement bath, hand basin, countertop and door. The manager was informed at the time. Maybe other bathrooms are better.

Very disappointing for the price paid.
Pros:

The location suited me well due to my work commitment

Cons:

I contacted the hotel for a airport transfer spoke to Lizel she arranged with apex travel to pick me up. I had to call apex to find driver who was not very well presented and at the hotel I asked the driver Michael to put the charge on my room. The representative of the hotel then in front of me referred to me as the third person tells Michael I had no room credit. Easy fix when I checked in why did he not ask me to add credit to my room as I paid well in advance for my stay. The hotel was very unfriendly the hospitality I expected did not exist. Sorry Cape Sun but your hotel is unfriendly
