My favourite hotel in Jakarta have stayed here so many times over the years, the service is excellent, my room was spacious and clean and on high floor with amazing views , the breakfast is always the best here so much variety loved the fresh paratha , the chef there is a amazing guy , definitely recommend This hotel in the centre of Jakarta will be back soon again
While staying at The Westin Jakarta, I tried a 2-hour Swedish massage at Heavenly Spa by Westin. I don’t usually book hotel massages, but the price felt reasonable, so I decided to give it a try.
After a disappointing massage elsewhere the day before, I had high expectations — and this experience exceeded them.
It was my first Swedish massage, and my therapist Nul was outstanding. She quickly understood where I held tension and worked thoroughly to release it. One of the most skilled therapists I’ve met.
After the treatment, relaxing with tea and snacks while enjoying the city view made the experience even more special.
Highly recommended.

I held an event here. The team was very helpful and accomodating to all my needs and request. The service was very awesome, Ryan, Albyan, Rayhan dan Abi were very kind, helpful, and friendly to all the guest. Food was also bomb - must try their seafood salad!
