I booked a room Executive, Club lounge access, Guest room.
When I checked in, I approached guest service agent Ariza Fadillah. There was no queue when we checked in with him. I told him my room included a lounge. I wanted to check in at the lounge. However, he insisted on checking in on the 52nd floor, not the lounge. I checked in around 2:15 PM, and the deposit payment was at 2:25 PM. He then said the room wasn't ready yet and asked me to wait. He didn't tell me about the hotel's facilities, such as the restaurant, swimming pool, spa, or lounge. I then asked about the hours for afternoon tea, EC, and BF, and he handed me a piece of lounge information.
He didn't take the initiative to tell me about the hotel's facilities. I then asked him why I didn't just check in at the lounge. He said I could check in here and in the lounge with unfriendly gesture. He then had a colleague take me to the lounge.
We booked a room with a lounge so we could sit down when we checked in because we had a baby with us. However, I had to check in standing with the unfriendly FDA Ariza Fadillah. So we were very disappointed with the first impression given by the front desk agent ariza fadillah. We have all the recorded evidence of our conversations with him.
The room was only available at 3:10 PM. There was nothing special in the room, no room upgrade, just be well and unfriendly reception from guest service agent ariza fadillah ruined our mood.
All the staff in the lounge provided excellent service, we really appreciate it. Thank you so much.
When staying at a hotel, we usually spend money on dinner, the spa, and brunch. However, we didn't do that when we stayed at the Westin because the unfriendly reception from FDA Ariza ruined our mood. You should know that a friendly, sincere, and informative FDA can increase hotel revenue.

I asked for a simple birthday note, and to my pleasant surprise, the Westin team provided a beautiful room for my wife's birthday.
The lounge facility is one of the best we've ever tried. It was a very enjoyable stay.

The banquet team especially - Sherly, Allysha, Damar, Abbi was absolutely wonderful throughout our event. They were very kind, accommodating, and incredibly quick in responding to every request. We recently enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the The Westin Jakarta, which occupies the top floors of one of the tallest buildings in the city. Our executive suite on the 65th floor was exceptionally spacious and beautifully appointed, with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the Jakarta skyline.
During our stay, we visited Seasonal Tastes on the 51st floor daily for breakfast. The buffet featured a wide variety of delicious Asian and Western options.
We also spent time at Henshin, which spans the 67th and 68th floors. We opted for the bar on the 67th floor—home to an outdoor rooftop patio that was truly spectacular. The food and drinks at the bar were excellent, while the restaurant one level above offers a more extensive menu, depending on your preference.
Finally, I’d be remiss not to mention the outstanding staff. From the pre-arrival team to reception, the executive lounge staff, restaurant attendants, and bellhops, everyone was friendly, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Jakarta on our final leg of our Easter trip to Indonesia. Every aspect was fantastic from the accommodation, facilities, food and service. What truly made our stay magical was the people and they are a real credit to the organisation.
Right from the beginning during the check in process the team at the Westin were absolutely brilliant.
The staff at breakfast were outstanding and incredibly attentive, They added a real personal touch by remembering our names and what our choice of drinks and food were.
A special thanks to chef Nandan Ghosh who cooked us some incredibly fresh and delicious food and even packed us some sample delicacies for our journey back to London. Tini also provided a real warm, welcoming touch that enhanced our stay.
