Would love to have more improvements for breakfast
We didn’t get a baby cot which made me crazy. But there was a guy at the reception who did his best with various options and suggestions. They moved the bed, added pillows.
I believe he deserves a bonus :)
Kids playground should be cleaned!
And for gods sake buy more baby beds
Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Man hat sich sehr Willkommen gefühlt und Wünsche wurden fast bevor man sie hatte schon erfüllt.
Toller Wellnessbereich mit sehr guter Massage und einem Pool im obersten Stock. Wir haben auch den Waschservice genutzt, da unsere Wandverkleidung vom Jungle sehr dreckig war. Die Sachen kamen perfekt sauber und gefaltet zurück.
Einige Essensportionen fürs Abendessen waren doch recht klein.
La gentillesse du personnel, le rooftup et l’odeur de citron qui parfume l’atmosphère.
La piscine laiteuse et l’eau non limpide. Problème de gestion de l’eau.

We extended our stay for another three nights. The Reception team continued their excellent hospitality.
Aurell from the Front Office deserves special mention. She checked us in efficiently and professionally. She continued her friendly and helpful manner throughout our total 6 nights stay.
The Security team also deserved recognition. They assisted us with traffic management when we needed to cross the road, always with our safety in mind.
At the same time, the Bellhops, housekeeping and restaurant staff continued to provide the same warm, attentive and helpful service throughout our extended stay. It is this consistency across the different teams that has made our experience so enjoyable and has given us every reason to return.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.
La comodidad de la cama, el personal, la piscina, los servicios del hotel, el desayuno. La amabilidad de nuestra recepcionista Ocha, siempre con una sonrisa y practicando su español. La amabilidad y eficiencia del conductor que nos recogió eb el aeropuerto y nos llevó a Borobudur.
La comida del restaurante no nos gustó tanto. El cristal de la piscina con vistas a la ciudad podrían limpiarlo. Para moverse andando es un poco complicado, como en toda Indonesia es mejor hacerlo en transporte.

Vivi from the restaurant deserves a special mention. She was exceptional in her hospitality—warm, attentive and very helpful, and her useful information and recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. She and her team’s service went beyond what we would normally expect.
Another person who stood out was the housekeeping supervisor. He took care of our housekeeping requests promptly and efficiently, always pleasant.
This warmth and willingness to help was not limited to a few individuals—it was evident across the hotel. A big thank you to the entire team for making us feel so well looked after.

We just stayed for a night, good clean and comfortable room. The location was good, walking distance to key points of the city.
Restaurant: food wasn’t good. A lot of the options weren’t available and the quality and taste wasn’t what we were expecting. Would recommend eating somewhere else.
Nice, tidy and clean. Food in the cafe and room service is as nice too. Staff were lovely. Location not far from lots of restaurants and mall.
If I had to say anything the breakfast could be improved with a few more protein choices
