The staff was on point they cleaned the room very great the breakfast was good and very filling.
There was some noise the evening of the Saturday had to call twice to reception as there was some boys fees room down that was make very loud noise

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Garden Court Hotel on Nelson Mandela Boulevard in Cape Town. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the service was exceptional.
The check-in process was quick and seamless, and a special thank you to the friendly gentleman at reception who kindly assisted us with our luggage all the way to our room, even though there were no porters available. That level of service did not go unnoticed.
A heartfelt thank you to the amazing Roshaan and Nikita for going the extra mile to make my nephew's birthday so special and memorable. Your thoughtfulness and kindness made his day, and we truly appreciate everything you did.
A special mention also goes to Sonia from housekeeping, who greeted us every day with a warm smile and such a friendly attitude. Our room was spotless every day, with fresh towels, toiletries, and tea, coffee, milk, and sugar replenished daily. It was always a pleasure returning to such a clean and welcoming room.
Breakfast was delicious each morning, with a good selection available. We do have one small suggestion for future consideration: it would be wonderful if the hotel could include a few halal non-vegetarian breakfast options for Muslim guests, as this would offer greater variety and make the experience even more enjoyable.
The pool area and gym were always clean, neat, and well maintained, which added to the overall comfort of our stay.
Thank you to every member of staff for your outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness. You all played a part in making our holiday so enjoyable. We highly recommend Garden Court Hotel on Nelson Mandela Boulevard and will definitely look forward to staying here again when we visit Cape Town.
Its clean and quiet
The TV in my room didnt have a channel for kids for some strange reason. The towels in the bathrooms are too small. Theres no fridge in the room, very inconvenient
Location is brilliant and very clean. Room good size and comfortable mattress
Bathroom is outdated and shower/bath is small and uncomfortable small and uses old shower curtain that wastes water into the rest of the bathroom
Too expensive for what you are getting in terms of room comforts

Everything the place we slept in was not clean their carpet not cleaned , toilets old style ,
The breakfast was okay. The location is good and we were given a good room facing the ocean.
Dinner - particularly curry, chicken. I suggest improvement to meet the standard of other Garden Court Hotels like the Marine Parade in Durban.

No minibar in the room,we had to get one we pay for that,in future if you can charge that from the bookings.
