Puseram rádio ao meio dia para obrigar as pessoas a fazer check out, a casa de banho não tem algodões, nem nada para oferecer, o sabonete tinha um doseador de casa de banho pública, as garrafas de água no quarto eram de plástico - nada de acordo com um hotel de 4 estrelas

A funcionária do check-in muito prestável e simpática

Cons:

Dormimos apenas uma noite e no dia do check-out foi-nos dito que só poderíamos usar a piscina até às 13h (eram 12h), depois pagaríamos taxa de late check-out. Quando é suposto usar a piscina então? Entre o check-in às 16h e o check-out às 12h, nem 24 horas? Estragaram-nos o fim de semana planeado. Para isto tinha ido para um hotel sem piscina e com melhor relação qualidade preço. A piscina estava vazia, provavelmente por causa desta política ridícula e absurda, nunca antes vista.
Blackout do quarto deita entrar luz. Cama de casal são dois colchões individuais e fica um buraco no meio.

Uma fraude e falta de profissinalismo absoluto.

Não cheguei a desfrutar da estadia pois não me abriram a porta.

Cons:

Cheguei ao hotel vindo de Lisboa às 24,30h e estive à porta do mesmo até às 1,45h. Toquei à porta umas dez vezes e telefonei outras tantas sem que alguém viesse abrir a porta. Pelo que, tive de continuar viagem sem dormir no hotel.

The bed was good.

Cons:

I wouldn't recommend this place. Not the village as the hotel, that is highly overpriced, since there is, literally, nothing to do. Dornes is not worth a visit. And they know it. But I quote: "we Portuguese just love to make money." I never felt myself so unwelcome in a place as this.

Fiquei satisfeita no geral. Recomendo a quem for para esta zona muito bonita.
Pros:

Um pequeno almoço ótimo com muita variedade e qualidade. Muito limpo e agradável. Recomendo. Noites muito tranquilas sem barulhos nos corredores.

Cons:

Falta um frigobar e gavetas.
