A fantastic experience, clean hotel and amazing staff. Very much recommend
Pros:

The hotel was clean and well cared for, inside and outside. It looks much better in person than in the pictures. The check in team, spa team, housekeeping staff and grounds keeping staff all do a fantastic job. Smiles from every member of staff and the reception are too kind. Rooms are very clean and quiet with a modern TV.

Requested a birthday surprise for my guest, the reception team and housekeeping staff signed a birthday card - it was not a generic card but had a lot of actual thought behind it. After thanking the staff, we were provided with complimentary white wine.

I cannot thank the staff enough, the hotel is probably the best I have stayed in. Will be looking forward to my return to this charming place.

Cons:

Slightly small restaurant and can fill up fast, but this is a very minor problem.

A lovely little bit of luxury in Grange
Pros:

I've been a couple time before and it is always a treat to come here. Spa is lovely. Though it is a little on the expensive side, I find that it is worth it. The customer service, the location make this stay absolutely worth it. The surroundings and location are stunning; you can see right across the bay... The staff are superb, very polite and professional, the breakfast we had was fantastic too and the gentleman assisting us at breakfast was very kind and saw to our needs (gluten free bread and alternative milks).

Cons:

My partner said the gym is a little on the small side but it had the essentials one could want for a quick work out.

Excellent, most enjoyable. I will definitely return.
Pros:

Excellent, stylish hotel, comfortable rooms, fabulous food, and if I asked for anything it was swiftly and efficiently provided.

Cons:

I stayed for 2 separate nights and on the 2nd occasion there was no bedside table. This was supplied when I asked for one, but it is a pity that there wasn't already one in the room. I think most people would need one beside their bed.

Brilliant, fantastic, would definitely recommend
Pros:

Everything was very very nice, would definitely come back, in fact we most definitely will.

Cons:

Paid for the evening meal when booking £35 per head, just a shame you couldn’t use some of this towards a drink, you had to consume a lot of food for that amount of money

Great for a solo traveller
Pros:

I arrived late and left early as I was staying for business so I can't comment on much. However my double room was a little dated but good with plug sockets next to the bed and mirror. I didn't have an evening meal but breakfast had plenty of choices.

Cons:

My room had no blind and as there was one room that overlooked me from the side, I had to draw the curtains to get changed. A simple window covering would make a big difference.

The breakfast as stated was lovely but the fruit on offer (already cut) was left in huge pieces. I ended up eating my melon pieces with a knife and fork in my cereal bowl. Not a complaint at all but it would have been good to have mouth sized pieces of melon/kiwi fruit etc.

Comfortable but disappointing.
Pros:

Location and timeless comfort

Cons:

All EV chargers not working that caused a lot of hassle and subsequent loss of time with freinds as we had planned to charge overnight which subsequently needed to be done next day, eating into the time we had planned to do other activities.

Great place and location but needs some thought about how to keep the rooms cooler when it’s been a hot day
Pros:

Great location. Beautiful old building. Helpful staff

Cons:

My room, in the rock house had an open curtain allowing heat from the sun to build up all day, an electric radiator on and set at 23 degrees, a towel rail that was burning hot and therefore made the room even hotter (and although there was a sign saying it could be switched off, the switch indicated didn’t switch it off).

Incorrect instructions as to where to park which caused delay in getting into our rooms
