Rm 11+.00的房费有点贵乱来，环境很差，冷气不冷，不是很干净，隔音非常的差

Kotor. Sudah buat booking dapat msg dari hotel cakap confirmed tapi dalam perjalanan nak ke hotel saya terima call cakap bilik dah jual dekat orang lain. Saya bising-busing mereka tukar bilik lain yang kotor pintu toilet pecah tercabut dan pecah, tv tiada siaran.. Mereka tukar bilik yang lain tapi toiletnya kotor juga, ada panty liner yang lama kotor terselit bawah sinkin. TV signal kejap ok kejap tak ok rambut bertaburan di lantai.

After driving around in circles looking for it, we finally called them, and they told us they are actually the same hotel.

3 asked for non somking room..but looks like there is no non smoking room..all room can smoke.
4. Hotel nearby so noisy at night with high bass sound bcoz hotel surroundings was pubs and bar.

5. Bedsheets looks dirty.

I came to check in around 12am. I waited about 30 minutes. made a call and pressed the provided bell. no staff came to serve me.. I only heard the sound of the washing machine that night

When making a reservation, booking.com offers a queen bed and a single bed, but when checking in, the hotel gives three single beds. I complained to the hotel and they exchanged the correct room. picture of the hotel in the booking. com is not the same as the actual hotel image.
