Overall the stay is comfortable and enjoyable

Cons:

Elevator cant be used so i have to use stairs and my luggage is so heavy, supposedly every hotel have a staff that helped customer carry the bag if they saw us struggling but no one help me during that time, but its okay, thank you

Pros:

Very convenient. Easy access to place to eat, near to uitm, aircond very cold...nice. room got window, able to see jem outside.

Cons:

I would be thankful if the staff list down in writing or printing of the extra charges i have to pay. Can't really hear his voice very well. Too tired from travelling and thot that checking time is 2pm like in the booking details. Instead it was 3pm. Other that, everything is okay

Value for money. Overall room was clean and there's hot water and aircond.

Cons:

There's a stain on bedsheet and the pillow not really comfortable but can still sleep so it's fine i guess.
