I had a very disappointing experience at Lara Park Hotel and would not recommend it.

The biggest issue was that the electricity was out for several hours. When we asked the staff, they simply told us it would be fixed the next day, which is unacceptable for a hotel.

The reception staff rarely answered the phone whenever we needed assistance, yet they kept calling us repeatedly when it was time to check out.

The food quality was very poor, the room cleaning was below standard, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. On top of that, many of the staff members were unfriendly and lacked basic communication and customer service skills.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Otelde temizlik, detaylara gosterilen ozen, odalarin rahatligi ve dekorasyonu, calisanlarin guleryuzu, kahvaltinin cesitliligi ve malzemelerin secimi, otelin lokasyonu, her acidan cok memnuniyet verici bir deneyimdi. Fiyat performans olarak cok basarili bir otel. Tesekkurler.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, до моря идти 3 минуты по прямой, рядом несколько продуктовых магазинов, палатки с разнообразной мелочевкой, несколько палаток с экскурсиями, банкоматы, кафешки.
На пляже от отеля дают бесплатно шезлонг и зонт. Пляж песок. достаточно чистый.
В отеле довольно тихо, никакой музыки из кафе или шума дороги, самолёты конечно слышно но это напрягает в первый день, потом привыкаешь.
Номера простые но довольно хорошие, большой вместительный шкаф, тумбочки, комодик, отдельно диванчик, небольшой балкончик где можно посушить вещи. Хорошая просторная душевая, ничего не течёт мимо, удобная раковина, есть холодильник, чайник, чай кофе. Матрас немного мягковат для нас но всё равно норм, две подушки и две запасные. Кондиционер работал хорошо, бесшумно.
Небольшое симпатичное лобби, есть небольшая терраска и бассейн (маленький детский и взрослый), музычка приятная, шезлонгов и зонтов всем хватало.
Есть лифт. С балкончика приятный вид. Рядом магазинчик SOK где принимают карту Россельхоз Юнион Пэй и несколько банкоматов.
Завтрак - практически каждый день одно и то же, но мы все равно наедались. Чай вкусный, есть кофемашина с разными видами кофе.
Персонал шикарный, во всём помогали, всегда приветливые и вежливые.

Cons:

Безумно громко хлопают входные двери, такое ощущение что повылетают оконные стекла.
Однообразный и скудный завтрак, помидоры огурцы, травка два вида колбасы и пять видов Сыров, сосиски и яйца, по фруктам были либо сливы и абрикосы, либо абрикосы и арбуз.

Il y a une boîte de nuit à côté de l hôtel qui fair du bruit et les avions passent au dessus de l hôtel
