Good place if anyone wants to stay in a budget hotel and the amenities is within distance which is a plus point.
Pros:

The room comes with a personal toilet which is a preferred choice since am a female with toddlers. So i can say that it is safe for female travellers who wish to stay in this budget hotel. There is an opened pantry area that has microwave, toaster, hot/cold mineral water, hand wash area and breakfast is included (loaf of bread and variety of spreads).

Cons:

First step into the room there was this odd smell (smoky kinda smell) but after a while it subsides. Possible because there is no windows so the smell lingers in the room fr sometime.
